On April 24, [redacted], I called a representative to update my address and request a new card to replace my expired one. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I have not yet received the card, and have been informed it will not arrive until around May 11. I've explained that the delay was caused by the representative's error and have been told there's an expedited fee of $15 for which I shouldn't be responsible. I am seeking assistance from a USA-based representative to resolve this issue as I am dissatisfied with the service received so far. I intend to report this matter to relevant authorities. The representatives I've spoken to have been unhelpful, and I am eager to speak with a supervisor who can provide a resolution.

My Walmart MoneyCard account was blocked on January 28th, [redacted], with around $[redacted].00 in it. The payment for an auto title loan and a cellphone bill was returned. Despite three direct deposits from the Department of Veteran Affairs being accepted, I can't access the total of $3,[redacted].56 locked in the account since then. Walmart won't transfer the funds to my new card, as the old one was replaced. They keep promising a refund check, but each time I call I get the runaround. They ask for identification repeatedly despite me providing it monthly. I was advised to use the account and routing number for payments, but I can't find anywhere that accepts them. Apps I tried to access the account show the deposits were declined. I urgently need to access my money for a vehicle down payment due to a previous repossession and being currently homeless. I have medical appointments every day, so I really need this resolved.

I recently purchased a GreenDot card, loaded with $[redacted], intending to send it to my son for ATM withdrawals, bill payments, etc. However, I faced an issue during the card registration process when prompted to press the number one. I accidentally pressed it twice, resulting in restrictions to only make purchases, not the card's intended use. Despite numerous attempts to contact Green Dot and using the app, I have been unable to reach customer service for assistance. The app now fails to work, requiring a new password that I cannot successfully reset. I have not received a new pin number, preventing me from using the card since February. I urgently need access to the funds or assistance in resetting the pin. This ongoing issue has caused significant inconvenience as I've already incurred two months' worth of service charges.

Today, I purchased a prepaid MasterCard and loaded $[redacted] onto it. However, upon attempting to register the card, I discovered the card number and expiration date were missing under the sticker. Without the necessary numbers, I am unable to activate the card or access the funds. I am concerned about not being able to retrieve the money promptly as I do not have the luxury of waiting indefinitely. How can I go about resolving this issue and accessing my funds without delay?

I attempted to contact customer service after purchasing a Green Dot card and adding $31 to it. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my funds or create a new account. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of customer care from your company. I believe that the way you treat honest customers is completely unacceptable. I will make sure that others are aware of the issues I am facing. It is important to me to receive a refund promptly. Please cancel the account that was created without my knowledge and refund my money. I have learned my lesson and will not be using Green Dot card services in the future. Thank you.

I have come across information suggesting a one-time exception may be permitted in situations like mine, allowing access without ID until the balance is depleted. I recently tried to load my MoneyPak card onto my individual account, but it showed as invalid. I have used this card before without any issues. I am unsure if this is a scam or a problem with the card purchase. The store where I bought it mentioned they could not assist after the sale and directed me to MoneyPak for a solution. I have been unable to find anyone to provide me with transaction details or confirm if the card was used. I just need help in figuring out the date and time of the transaction.

I'm having trouble placing an order online on the "It Works" website. I believe the issue might be because it's an out-of-state website and I haven't made a purchase there before. I would appreciate some assistance. Please don't mention that the card is not activated, as it has my name on it. I've dealt with this issue before and I am certain the card is active as I just loaded $95 onto it. Thank you for your help.

I wanted to assist my brother without a bank account by having his check direct deposited to my Green Dot account. When his deposit went through, Green Dot flagged a name discrepancy between his name and mine, prompting a freeze on my account. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to successfully upload photos of our IDs as requested by Green Dot. As a result, my utilities have been shut off, my phone disconnected, and I've been unable to fuel my car, making it challenging to commute to work. Additionally, we are running low on food despite having funds in my account. It's frustrating that my money is inaccessible while my family is experiencing hardships.

Hello, I am Sharminey Bailey, and I have an account with Green Dot. My last 4 social security digits are [redacted], birthday is 9/16/[redacted], and my billing address is [redacted] West Hwy [redacted], Chickamauga, GA [redacted]. I recently deposited $20 into my account, and the next day my available balance dropped to $7 when it should have been $22.30. This recurring issue of losing over half of my deposits every time I add money is frustrating. I have contacted my lawyer about this matter, and if not resolved, I will take legal action as this feels like a scam.

I have been trying to activate my card for over 3 hours, but the system keeps saying my card number is incorrect. I have wasted a lot of time and money trying to resolve this issue. It is frustrating that I cannot reach anyone for assistance. There seems to be a problem with the company's phone system and credit card processing. I want to share my recent experience regarding direct deposits with a company. The first deposit went smoothly, but the second had a hold placed on it. They requested pay stubs and a copy of the owner's driver's license. However, the owner refused to provide the license, causing delays and frustration. It was hard to believe that a credit card company would ask for an employer's ID. After several attempts to verify the information, the issue persisted. Despite assurances from a representative named Carl, the funds were still not released. When I called again today, I was told they now require the owner's driver's license or I won't get my money back. I had an old Green Dot card that my [redacted] tax return was direct deposited to. However, the card is expired and lost, and I cannot access any information about it. I had an old Greendot card where my tax return was directly deposited, but the card is expired and lost. I'm unable to access any information about it. Yesterday, I purchased a Mastercard Go Green Dot card and loaded $[redacted] onto it for an Enterprise rental car service. My previous card from you was canceled as I had trouble accessing it after loading $20. Now, with this new card, I am experiencing issues activating it at Enterprise to pay for the rental car. I have a speech impediment that makes it hard for others to understand me over the phone. On 3/29/[redacted], I tried to wire money to my sister's boyfriend using my card, but the transaction was denied. However, $[redacted].99 was deducted from my card three times in a row and was not refunded. I urgently need Greendot to return the money to my account. I believe their accountants can investigate and resolve this issue promptly. Unfortunately, my cell phone service will be disconnected tomorrow due to insufficient funds, making it difficult for me to follow up on this matter. I am currently homeless and in desperate need of assistance.
