I have a Walmart gift card with reduced value. I know Walmart supports these cards and I require assistance. I paid for an item from Nutrition Hacks online, costing $69, but they claim the payment was declined. I'm unsure why the funds were deducted from the gift card. I've been unable to reach a live person at WalmartGiftCard.com by phone, which is very frustrating. I urge a prompt resolution as I may stop using Walmart gift cards if this issue persists. My husband, Dr. D., also frequently purchases these cards.

I would like to address concerns regarding the customer service representatives, particularly Neena, who seems to have provided conflicting information about a card replacement request made almost two weeks ago. Despite being told the card was at the post office and promised a call from conflict resolution, no resolution has been reached. The issue of sending the card to a PO Box has been raised, as well as discrepancies regarding expedited shipping fees. The lack of a tracking number for the card's shipment is troubling, especially if it is being sent to an outdated address. Legal representation is now involved due to the perceived negligence, and a tracking number is urgently needed. Further actions may be taken if the matter is not resolved promptly, including filing complaints with relevant consumer protection agencies. Clarification on the use of banking information for deposits and withdrawals is also sought.

I have purchased two of your cards - the first one with a $[redacted] balance and the second with $20. However, I am encountering issues accessing the funds on the first card. Despite following all instructions, your system seems to have made an error, preventing me from using the money on the card. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to your customer service via phone for a swift resolution. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to involve legal action. I have attempted to send numerous photos, each time getting an error requesting a retry despite my full ID being visible in the pictures. I am unable to speak with a live representative to inquire about my remaining balance or resolve these ongoing issues. The discrepancies with my name and social security number, which I've had for 52 years, have hindered my ability to use the card freely. The frustration of not knowing my balance coupled with the lack of support from the company has led me to contemplate discontinuing any further association with them. Despite my repeated attempts to provide the required identification, it has been rejected each time. This situation has been a continuous source of distress, and I am considering seeking legal advice to address these problems promptly.

I am disputing a transaction on 4/27/19 due to malware on my phone that led to an unauthorized charge of $97 at ticketzoom.com. I have not shared my debit card information with anyone, and I'm unable to reach anyone at the provided phone number. Greendot, a company that used to be reputable, now seems money-hungry. Despite claiming to appreciate its customers, they provide poor service. Trying to help a friend who had been drug-free for a year, I purchased several Greendot cards for them. However, when my friend tried to use one, they were embarrassed at the register due to insufficient funds from hidden fees. After hours on hold with customer service, I discovered a $9 monthly fee that was not clearly stated, making the total cost of the card $40. Feeling deceived and undervalued as a customer, I will cut up the remaining cards and discard them. Greendot's lack of transparency and customer care is disappointing.

I have requested two MoneyPak refunds totaling $[redacted] since 01/22/[redacted]. Despite being informed that they were sent out, I have yet to receive them up to 04/29/[redacted]. I have called multiple times and have provided proof of ownership for the MoneyPaks. Unfortunately, I have not received the refund or a solution, and this has caused me to lose more money, along with my son and husband. I have been given several case numbers by different representatives, including Sam, Ina, Debbie, and Anna, all promising that I would receive my refund. Despite these assurances, I am still waiting for my money after 20 days past the promised date. I possess all the emails from Green Dot regarding my refunds. I am frustrated and just want to receive what is rightfully mine without further delay or complications.

I recently applied for and was approved for a platinum card and then the GreenDot primor card. Today, I received my platinum card in the mail. However, when I tried to call customer service, I kept getting an error message saying my entry was invalid. I provided my date of birth and social security number, but it still didn't work. I deposited $[redacted] for one card and $[redacted] for another, but I can't access my funds. When I try to log in, it shows a zero balance and zero credit available. When I entered the card number, it says it's invalid. As a senior citizen, this is very concerning. If I don't hear from anyone by April 29, [redacted], I will have to escalate this.

On March 13th, my debit card was compromised, resulting in unauthorized charges of over $[redacted].63. Despite filing a dispute, it was closed as the merchants claimed no record of the transactions under my name, card number, or signature. I firmly believe Green Dot's information differs from the details I received. I seek a refund and request a provisional credit to my account. Despite sending multiple emails expressing my disagreement with their decision, I am adamant about having the dispute reopened for a more comprehensive investigation and the return of my funds.

I recently loaded $90 onto my GreenDot card on 04/21. On 04/22, I made a purchase on Wayfair and on 04/24, I made another purchase at Ulta. Even though both transactions were completed and pending, my account only showed $1.60. I then incurred two past fees, a card fee, and ended up with a negative balance. Wayfair claims they did not receive payment despite shipping my item. If GreenDot did not keep the funds pending and returned them to my account, I should not be in the negative. On the 10th of the month, my card was compromised. I had to wait until the 14th for it to change from pending to posted. My card was also expiring, and I moved, so I had to email proof of ID and a bill. After much hassle due to the bill's acceptance delay, my new card was sent. However, it had new numbers but the old expiration date. Upon activation, it showed the wrong expiration date, prompting me to call customer service. It turned out another card was sent to my old address, delaying the process even further. Despite multiple attempts, the card with the correct expiration date did not arrive on time. After emailing dispute information and waiting for a response, the replacement card was promised to be expedited, but I am yet to receive a tracking number. I've hit several roadblocks in updating my contact information due to outdated email and phone number requirements. All I seek is the working card with a tracking number to access my funds smoothly, especially for essential expenses as a single mother of four, two of whom have special needs.

I had my tax refund deposited to my Green Dot card, but the card got blocked for security reasons. Green Dot stated it was due to a high deposit amount. I provided all the requested information from H&R Block, including a copy of my ID, on the 26th. I was informed it would take 48 hours, which has already passed, and I'm still not receiving any assistance. Upon requesting a call from their corporate office, I was told to wait another 48 hours. Despite this, no one has reached out to me yet. I'm feeling frustrated and really need help resolving this issue.

I need help with unblocking my car. After receiving a tax refund deposit of over $[redacted], my Green Dot card got blocked. Despite numerous calls and discussions with various representatives, including supervisors, to prove my identity, my card remains blocked. I provided all requested verification information due to my tax refund being in my maiden name, Mills, while my card was set up with my married name, Doss, when I opened the account on March 30. No one from Green Dot contacted me before blocking the card. I've been dealing with this since April 24 and have yet to access my funds. Today, I was misled by an agent claiming they couldn't change the name on the account, although their agreement states otherwise. I simply want to update my name to access my funds, close the account, and request a refund for the blocking fee.

I loaded $[redacted] onto my GreenDot card, but now I can't use it. I attempted to make an online purchase for plane tickets, but it was declined. Now I have to buy the tickets later at a higher price. The card won't work online or at ATMs; only face-to-face transactions are accepted. It's frustrating because I don't see the point in having a Mastercard or Visa if I can only use it in person. I might as well use cash. GreenDot should address this issue as it's unfair for them to restrict how we use our money. Even if I had a previous account at a different address, it shouldn't impact my current transactions. Having a phone number to speak with a person instead of an automated system would be more helpful. This experience has led me to decide not to use GreenDot in the future. I've used them without issues in the past, so this situation is unacceptable. If there's any legal action happening, I would like to be involved.

I recently spoke with someone who claimed to be an employee of GoBank when I was seeking a personal loan. After providing the necessary information, the agent claimed I was approved for the loan but insisted I needed to purchase "insurance" to secure the funds. This request seemed suspicious, but I trusted the process. I was then asked to pay $[redacted] due to a supposed state law. When I decided to cancel the transaction and asked for a refund, the agent, Kevin, became aggressive, yelled, and hung up on me. I am only seeking my refund. Instead, checks were sent to me, but unfortunately, they were stolen and cashed by someone else at Chase Bank. The IRS requires a police report regarding this matter. On March 13, my income tax return was deposited into my Green Dot account. Despite following the proper procedures outlined in their cardholder agreement and federal law, Green Dot has not refunded me or provided a provisional credit as promised. They have repeatedly closed my disputes claiming the transactions were authorized, despite my clear explanation that they were not. This has caused me financial hardship, and I urge Green Dot to address this issue promptly, secure my account, and uphold their responsibilities to their loyal customers.
