My income taxes was deposited on Wednesday.*When I filed my taxes and put it on the card the card never said expired it stated I had a minus balance of **.**.*When I went to withdraw the money it was declined. When I called the rep said it was a temp card and I have to use the one that was activated on March ***Well the only card I have is the one without my name so they have put a block on the card and state that I have to send in my drivers license and utility bill with the address on file*I informed my ID does not have that address but I can provide a bill*The rep said they will not lift the block.*I asked if they could transfer it to the other card I have on file and he said no*I have been waiting for a supervisor since Wednesday to call me back *I never advised to put a block on the card because I was going home to see if I had that card.*I just need my money
