Hey My Name Is Cameron Bonner, I got a card from a local CVS & I was told that I'll get a personalized card in *-** business days which was January **th & I never recieved it.. soo I called & i was told that it's been sent back.. I don't know how... Soo i called again & was told I'll have to be charged a replacement fee when I never even RECIEVED the Card.. soo we got that done & I waited for my replacement card since February **th & I Still Haven't Recieved That!!! I Cant Log On to My Account Without having login problems.. I cant call the number on the back of the card because the automatic service tells me that my card has been sent back & transfers me but automatically hangs up, I'm FRUSTRATED.. & feel like you Guys Are FRUAD. Not Thinking.. I Put My Income Tax Money in My Green dot account number when I filled on Turbo tax before Feburary & I guess it went to the Personalized Card That I NEVER Recieved & I've Had My Taxes Back Since Feburary *th & I've been waiting & waiting ! IM TIRED OF WAITING On yall ..* I Will Never Get Another Green Dot Card & I Would like it if I Could transfer my money from this account.. this is the most frustrated I've ever Been , I WANT MY MONEY
