Today i should've had a direct deposit on my card from my employer...there was no direct deposit,and it keeps saying there is no money on this card! I glance at my card and see that the expiration date is ***** but I have not recieved a new card! I have bills to pay this is not professional.I have tried to contact or speak to someone in customer service to no avail! They hang up or im on hold for forever! I do not want my money handled by people who dont even have a customer service support team or number! I have been dealing with ongoing issues since **** when I first got a green dot card and have tried numerous of times to be cordial or accept the wrongdoings and or fuckups from this company.I do not want anything else to do with this company nor will I recommend this company to anyone that I know! I want to cancel and I cant even do that?!?! So now what? Do I tell the ohio edison man that my so- called bank has messed up somewhere shape or form...what do I explain to my children about groceries?!? My whole paycheck has gone missing and I cannot reach * person who seems to care! Not a good company at all!!! Very disappointed..**yr.customer
