I have put money on a GreenDot card I have used before. I don't know if it was my mom's or who it was but it will not work. I put $*** on this card a few days ago I have the receipt for it and everything. I ordered three things on Amazon, that's why I put the money on there, and it worked for two items out of three in the third one that keeps emailing me back on Amazon saying that I need to update my payment information. Well when I go into the card none of my stuff matches. I put the card number in and then I put my social security number and it's like it is not matching what's on the card so I need to figure out a way to be able to make my payment or get the money off stupid card. I am very upset, as this is $***!!! And I can't even get a hold of anyone a real human to talk to you over the phone it's ridiculous.
