I'm writing on bahalf of *nd Shade LLC, a Minnesota based company. We recently switched payroll providers and one of our employees used to bank through Green Dot but earlier in **** had closed the account. When entering in his account information we mistakenly entered his Green Dot banking information. This transaction took place on Friday, February *th. Upon receiving notification that the check did not hit his back account we reached out to our payroll provider and they assured us that if the account has been closed the money will kick back to our payroll provider. We've been monitoring and have yet to receive money. It seems that the funds are still with Green Dot. Please call or email at ***-***-**** or email below immediately to resolve this issue.
