Your social security number is required to activate your Green Dot credit card. If you never used a social security number then call 1-866-795-7605 to activate your Card. In the prompt you will hear what number to click to activate your new card. You will need to use the 3 digit code on the card to activate it.

I purchased my son a visa debit card for Christmas my son is * years old his name is Julian Buciorelli I his mother playing Santa Claus can not have any issues with Christmas just * days away this matter must be resolved immediately my son wished to have a credit* debit card yo make purchases online as well as on his xbox one game system when I called the number on the back of the card at *-***-***-**** to have this card activated and his personalozed card to be sent out i was told the information provided could not be verified now after speaking yo a represinitive named Christine Badge ID* ***** and another lady named Sonya they totally messed up the information the whole reason I spoke to a live person was because *xs of repeating the information requested by the automated system it could not understand thus directing me to a customer care represinitive when following her questions with answers I had a few questions first after she answered and verified my questions and concerns I proceeded to give her the SSI Name Address Phone number Zip code Pin etc she put me on a hold which sent me to the automated system saying the card has limited access which is a BIG BIG problem and the information provided could NOT be verified I've since called & tried * alternitive numbers that all give the same prompts and no option to speak to a representative i need help asap i need a person a live person to correct what mistakes they have made this is not my fault and this is not fair i will not stop i will keep going and pushing this issue because this is a BIG BIG problem and it is noy right that no one wants to help or direct me to who or how this can be fixed ive also been told their are no supervisors or anyone superior from this christine and Sonya lady and that is ***% unacceptable!! I need help now
