This email is to resolve a direct deposit to John Hesston Cox from Meridien Energy. This deposit was made on **-******* in the amount of $xxxxxx made by Direct Wire transfer. The trace * for this transfer is xxxxxxx. It was deposited in account number xxxxxxxxx*Which is not Mr Cox’s account number. His card number is xxxxxxx*With a routing number of: xxxxx . Mr. Cox began contacting customer service on ********** in an attempt to resolve this issue at this time he was told it was under investigation and he should call back tomorrow to inquire on what investigation results.On ********** he was told still investigating he would need to call back on a later date for findings. This cycle continued until********** when he was told that a case was just being created and he would be to call back when case was done another cycle that never told him any thing as to where his money was. On **-**-**** his contact was met with same responses as all prior calls. On ********** he was finally able to talk to someone claiming to be a supervisor and told him he could find no case file as he had been told but he was going to handle it post haste and gave him a case reference number of ******** along with his deepest apologies and his promise that he would have his money in his account by ********** or ********** taking in account of the Thanksgiving holiday once more the promised dates of deposit arriving came and went without Mr. Cox receiving his direct deposit which remains a fact as of today’s date with it not being returned to Meridien Energy Me. Cox’s employer so they could draft a paper draft as payment . Green dot received on each contact all information to quickly resolve this issue but has failed to do so. Advised by Quickbooks Meridien Energy advised contact to be made in this form and ask that it be handled in a professional manner as quickly as possible this has Caused Mr. Cox problem with his lively hood that could have been resolved within the first few business days after being discovered. Please contact ya as soon as possible with this direct deposit being placed in the rightful owners account as it has dragged on a ridiculous amount of time and been handled in a very unprofessional manner. *I look forward to your speedy resolution *Thank you*John Hesston Cox primary card holder last * digits being xxxx*cc*Copy to attorney *I have all account numbers where x’s appear but for obvious reasons omitted them
