Myself and my receiver both have GreenDot personalized cards I tried to send her money I've tried with the text she gets the text she gets the code she enters the information and it will not go through on her end because it sends a yellow box and we're sorry we have an internal error please try your your transaction again later I have tried sending an email after I called the support they recommended using email I tried that I get the same information she gets she clicks on the link she puts the information in and the just before it finishes up yellow box pops up saying we have an internal error try your transaction again later someone needs to check the system to make sure it's operating there is an error in your system both of my ends have been working properly fix the system so I can send the money because I am on a time schedule here
GetHuman-jdthorns did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
