My name is Chandler guy. Someone has unlawfully access my account and stole over $*,*** from my account from an ATM in Van Nuys California. I am here in Los Angeles California next to your home office in Pasadena. I have called and got a case number and then I have been completely ignored. I have sent emails and I have been ignored. I was told I will be giving an answer in ** days and ** days has come and gone. Then I was told I would be given an answer on the *th and that has come and gone and no one has told me anything. I have not received any email I have not received a phone call. My phone number is ***-***-**** and my email is *****@***.com. I am understandably very upset about this not only from being stolen from but how I have been treated by Green Dot. I'm going to seek legal advice if I do not hear anything back in a couple of days. I know Wells Fargo is the bank that was used in Van Nuys and I know that bank has the information as I have an account with that bank now because I opened one to replace you with after you allowed someone to steal from my account and refused to reimburse me for it. I know that the withdrawals were $*** which is the exact amount if someone took $*** from my account using an ATM because the $* is the ATM charge. Wells Fargo has a record of this and if it cost me more money that I'm old and a couple of years I will pursue it in the meantime I will write every letter to every editor I can and every social media Outlet I can to discourage any other customers from doing business with you. Yeah I know I'm just a working-class person who is a customer of yours and you don't care anything about us or you obviously would have already contacted me
