The issue in GetHuman-robkimb's own words
I’m sending this email in regards to my Dispute that I filed on *********, Case* ********. I ‘m attempting to give your company a final opportunity to resolve this issue within your organization before continuing my process with an Consumer Fraud Attorney in which I have contacted early this AM on ********. This has been a complete nightmare for it to first take ** business day to resolve the dispute. After waiting I called on the **th business day and received another date of ** days to resolve the issue.**At that point I’ve closed the account, today I found out the company sent the money back I went to log into the prepaid account and there it was just sitting there since the *th October. I called the customer service on ********** and was given a refund number of ******** and was told the only way to receive my money is in a form of check by mail. That information provided of a refund was a complete lie. I check the status this AM **********, on my account and now the message states that this is a provisional credit which again is a lie. On ********* a provisional credit was given and reversed that very day.**I spoke with the merchant Advance Financial and they stated that thy sent the payment back so now at this point your company is hold my money against my will. Again I already filed a consumer report complaint and I will be going down the list to inform others as your company already has well over *,*** complaints to date and the number of law suits for this very same issues is uncountable, the unprofessionalism with your company holding my money against my will. I will be also filing a written complaint to my local Consumer Fraud department for the state of Virginia, BBB and whoever else it takes. My next steps in the next ** hours is the legal route and I will file for damages on top of the $***.** last and final warning.
