I had purchased a Walmart prepaid green dot card and have been having my pay check directly deposited into my green dot card my card had gotten misplaced or stolen so I called Walmart Customer service to report the issue and get a new card sent out they said it would be * to ** days that was September **th after the fifth day I called CS to see if they could track my card to see how much longer they told me it would be in my mailbox the following Monday which would be the *th day I did not receive the card that Monday or any day that week after the tenth day I called and asked what was the hold up where is my card they informed me that I had changed my address earlier that month on September *th On September **th I reported the card lost thus caused Walmart to then blocked my account and frozen my funds when I contacted them they said that the new card would be in the mail and when I received it I had to enter my new card number and email a picture of my photo ID to IDV@greendotcard. Com and after my funds would then be released it has been almost a month there is still no card and they were supposed to email several times now and still have not I need this situation fix asap I had to postpone my wedding because of this can someone please contact me with some help thanks Gregory Holland @ *****@***.com
