Hello,**I spoke with a manager over a month ago regarding a problem I was having claiming funds I sent via text to my PayPal account. The manager assured me they would call me back but they never did. I sent $*** on ****. The money has left my green dot account and because of a tech error never was delivered to my PayPal account. Since I had clicked the claim link the money is showing as received, but was never deposited into my PayPal account because of a tech glitch in their system (which they said is not compatible with Green Dot). This is unacceptable. PayPal has informed me that they have no records of the funds and that my only recourse is to file a claim with you. I need this resolved immediately. It is not my fault that your systems aren’t compatible. PayPal is one of the first options when sending money from Green Dot. I expect this resolved within the next ** hours or I will file a complaint with the BBB and the Federal Banking commission. **I have sent all the documentation to your dispute team and have received no response. The Case * is * *********-Mariah Wakefield
