i purchased a load and go card at walgreen and loaded $** at the register. Before even leaving the store, i opened the package and followed the instructions to the website. I then entered ALL of my personal information including birth date, Social security number, ect. I then verified my phone number my text message. Then, after all that, I get an,error message saying that youre experiences tech ical difficulties all of a sudden, try back later. After * hours just trying to BUY one, i couldnt wait. the online purchase had to be made.**So i tried again, same result. I then called the number on back of the card...three times. Each time, after entering my card number and birthdate, was told,i had the wrong number and to call (you guessed it) the number on back of the card. I tried a dozen ways through the automated ayatem in an effort to reach someone, but i see ita designed to prevent that.**The manager of that walgreens even triwd the card and got the same reault. her answer was that she couldnt give a refund as they were a third party. Odd, since thats what retailers do every day and are ny definition *rd parties...and had no problem TAKING my money. **so somebody better come up with something. i need that purchase or i loose my job, and all the trickle down effects as a result. It's not rocket science, but that the system worked perfectly fine to collect all the information needed to steal my identity, before failing, is not lost to me.**fix. it. now.

i refuse to answer. How long Ive been a customer shouldnt make a **** whether i get what i pay for or not. If I pay for a service and its not delivered, then someone goes to jail until such time as the court feels theyve paid the debt with their time. Doesnt matter if its my first time, or ive been buying them for * years. They even have a law for it. "Theft By Deception".
