Your social security number is required to activate your Green Dot credit card. If you never used a social security number then call 1-866-795-7605 to activate your Card. In the prompt you will hear what number to click to activate your new card. You will need to use the 3 digit code on the card to activate it.

On the *rd of October I called in to see what my card balance was cuz I had just received my disability income check. I then went to withdraw money because I had a deposit in the amount of over $*,*** the ATM declined me * times, and when I called and spoke with a representative on the *rd she then told me the card that I had was no longer active she deactivated my card I then paid an additional $** to get it here within * business days not knowing that my card would be blocked my rent was due on the *th I am a disabled person living off of only disability and I am being served with eviction papers at this point because your staff failed to tell me that my card is blocked and that I need to upload a copy or picture of my ID after reading all the reviews of people posting the same issues and not getting a response from your company in a matter of time. I would like for this problem to get resolved like most ricky-tick fast and in a hurry because if I get evicted due to the fact that your company is ripping people off holding on to their money and not doing what they said they were going to do you are going to have **** to pay I am a disabled person I cannot and will not be kicked out of my residency due to the lack of stupidity there for the lack of knowledge that your staff has if your staff cannot be more informative in these matters I suggest you shut down your company and look for a new job so I would like for you to somehow someway unblock my card today or you can pay for my rent I would like an answer sometime today not tomorrow not in * weeks not in * hours within the next two hours would be perfect thank you for reading this I hope you have a lovely day figuring out how to unblock my f****** card
