I used the bill pay option on the mobile app.. I attempted to cancel it twice before my direct deposit posted but it never went through. I work two jobs so I never had the time to call. My direct deposit posted today and the $***.** was taken out of my account at * AM. Not long after my direct deposit posted. I attempted to call Green Dot and they said there is nothing they could do for me due to the transaction posting already. However, when I called it was still pending.. They told me to contact the merchant, I did and they said they could not do anything until the transaction posted on their end. So here I am about to be without power because nobody wants to help me. I have an electric bill due and seriously need the money. I already have a cut off notice for the bill. Someone please help me.
GetHuman-cculotta did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
