Find out the number or site to chat live with person so I can get information on how to best address these issues to obtain access to my SSI funds that were and will be directly deposited. ... I had a online account. My phone which gave me access to this feature is now disconnected. I have lost my only card that i have my SSI benefits directly deposited onto. I was incarcerated for few weeks as of August **th and have not had access to it since this date. I can not find this card and am trying to receive instructions on how to best obtain a new one with my August direct deposit from SSI and my next deposit due any day. I do not have access to but one card although when i call support it says i have two. Then asks for last four digits that I do not have access to. Can you please assist me in these matters for I have no access to any of my funds until we can figure this out. Thank you. My apologises.
I am only aware of * card and when i try to report this information it asks for the last four digits of the card that I do not have access to as well as dont know what about a second active card.
As soon as possible deposited onto a Green Dot card.
I am respectful when speaking to customer service and give honest reviews of help received or not. I use direct deposit and trust them in these manners.
I've called all help and support numbers and attempted to chat live. Only to be asked the same questions about information I do not have due to the cards being lost or stolen.
