Tip from another customer
Your social security number is required to activate your Green Dot credit card. If you never used a social security number then call 1-866-795-7605 to activate your Card. In the prompt you will hear what number to click to activate your new card. You will need to use the 3 digit code on the card to activate it.

I have a master card acct and Ballance of oooo, I ppurchaced a Green Dot Visa with *** dollars plus *.** for the card at wall greens and downloaded the app to my new phone, but the AI computer matched up my name and address with my Mastercard account with a balance of * and will not let me put in my Visa account or open it up bus deny me access to my money on the Visa card I need to get this Visa card activated I have the receipt and the card number I've tried dozens of different ways and I said as long as Rhonda information and I'm perplexed at why did this however I know that you guys will straighten it out for me I will give you the card number and the receipt number when I know I have a live person to chat with my name is Philip Shaw and I'm at *** O'Farrell Street in used to be apartment for my telephone number is ***-*** ****, when you are ready to chat plz help me I will be waiting patiently.*P Shaw
