I have contacted customer support twice, with no confirmation email afterwards* this alone conserns me. I have contacted Apple support as asked to do so, over * times now, have even sent screen shots of such. They have stated the problem lies with you, as i’ve Been charged by Apple and it shows that I have been charged by them, but it doesn’t show that for you. I demand an answer at this point. All of the people that i’ve contacted by your services haven’t even been able to tell me what’s going on, besides telling me their sending it to someone else. I have talked with corporate in Apple, and this issue resides with you. So I ask, how can we reasolve this issue, because at this point the card is unusable until we get this resolved, and I refuse to loose $*** reguardless of whose fault it is. Don’t mean to sound harsh, but it’s ridiculous at the excuses that I’m hearing at this point.
