I purchased a Green Dot card on Monday, *-*-** (* weeks ago) and scratched the strip on the back too hard and can't read some of the numbers. As a result, I can't load the cash to another card for my use. I've sent all the documentation to Green Dot and can't get anything out of them. I'm also unable to access their phone system because I do not have a ** digit acct * and they do not recognize my SS*. It strikes me they do not want to talk to anyone if they can help it. I know the loss of numbers on the back of the card can't be an isolated issue and since I have all the documentation I do not understand why they can't provide any assistance. Plain & simple, I want to get access to my funds which are hanging somewhere in the Green Dot banks accounts.**Jim Murphy
