I was told that my account had got blocked due to mysterious activity to it. So I called and they told me to send a copy of my id so I did but they didn't tell me to send the front and back copy. This was Thursday *******. I called back Monday ******* to see about the block STILL on my account, they told me to send the back copy of my id and it would be the same current * business days to process, that it should be unlocked by that Tuesday *******. When I checked again Wednesday ******* it was once again still blocked, so I called customer service and they told me that they * day process had started all over again when I sent the docs and they got it Tuesday to look for it to be unlocked sometime today, Thursday *******. When I did, it said my account was closed and it won't let me talk to anyone when I call the customer service number, it gives me a automatic message and hands up. I really need to talk to someone because the greendot app says I currently have $***.** in that account and I really need my money I have * small children to provide for plus bills and my rent due on the *st. I had a direct deposit set up and due to the block it was rejected and now I have no money what so ever. Please please please help me. My name is Shevonca Mobley Thank you for your time.
