My green dot card was lost or stolen * weeks ago. I reported it customer service which was the only time I've talked to a real person. She blocked it and said I'd have a new card in the mail *-* business days. It's been over * weeks and I've not received my new card plus it won't let me use my temporary card that was purchased while I was waiting on my registered card in the mail. It's the same account number so I don't understand why I can not use that card? I've been calling the customer service number for * weeks now and I keep getting hung up on. I've tryed corporate and they hang up on me as well. I have $*** on my green dot card that I can not use and I feel that they are absolutely avoiding me now because everytime I call and put my account number and social security and birthday I'm disconnected. How can I get someone from green dot to answer my call so I can figure out where my new card is? And why can't I use my temporary card seeing it's the same account number as my registered card? Please help
GetHuman-ginawhea did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
