Help with my Green Dot issue

obtain a refund for the bogus card in the amount of $**.** I sent the card and the receipt back to you ... I purchased what I thought was a $** VISA gift card. The clerk sold me the wrong thing. It was a reloadable card for $*.** charge plus the $**. I subsequently learned my daughter would have to pay $*.** to use the card plus she would be charged an additional $*.** each month. I sent the card back to plus * letters asking for a refund and have received no response. I also sent you the receipt for the $** I paid plus the $*.**. These letters were sent on April *th ,along with the card, and a follow up letter on May **st. Calling you is impossible . Please send my $**.** at once. Thank you. Laurie Chapman. *** *Rd st. Mendota IL *****. The card was purchased at the Family Dollar store in Mendota IL .
Is that they don't read their mail or choose to ignore it

I have purchased many VISA gift cards and this is the first time I was sold the wrong one
I have sent two letters, one on April *th and the next on May **st. Neither of them was acknowledged or replied to
