So first of all i called in to get a new card. I was asked for the last * of my social and full name and birthday as verification of my ID every time i called which was twice total. Then i get an email saying my account has been blocked because of suspicious behavior. Whats the point of asking for my verification information if it ended up getting blocked anyway?*Second, I am trying to send in a picture of my passport but the secure link sent to me only gives me two options either Drivers license or ID card. No passport option. I have tried to call customer service but once i put my information in it basically says i have to verify my account and a specialist cant help me then hangs up.*Lastly i need access to my card and need to send a picture of my passport but theres no option to. Please contact me immediately
