Calling every number I could find for this company, emailing several times, leaving reviews, went back to store where I purchased card. It's been a month, and from the day I purchased the card, I haven't been able to access the funds I put on it. ... Bought a greendot, prepaid visa debit card, registered it, but when I went to use it, card wouldn't work, called * on back of card, entered info, it says my info was wrong! I can't reach a human, I've sent **-** emails, I can't access my funds, which ended up costing ***'s more in late Fee's & restoration fee's, it's been a month, still no help, still cant acces funds. I've got a good mind to sue them, for all the $, & aggravation they've cost. They are horriable, the worst company, I've ever had the misfortune of using. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I want to access my $, or get it refunded, Asap. They've withheld my $ long enough. I don't trust this company to resolve anything. Their to cheap to pay help, in order to have a customer service dept. They steal enough money from people, to easily afford to hire some customer service employees.
They cost me a lot of money, & time. This company *****.
I want it resolved now, so I can access my money.
