Help with my Green Dot issue

I bought a Green Dot gold Visa debit card from Kum & Go in Mount Vernon have the receipt and all the information Kum & Go refuses to reimburse me and anytime I try and activate the card online and over-the-phone it says that it is an invalid card number and I cannot reach anybody live person to speak to them to figure out why my $*** I'm out I have not even use the card I can't even activate it and I want my money back or I want my card activated this is b*******
GetHuman698477 did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
