April *nd I tried to chance my card, the dumb chick just put a note in to and didn't. So when I called on April **th to find out if they sent the deposit check yet and find out she didn't cancel my account and they've been charging me fees and going against my credit, The supervisor says to pay the **$ and they'll take it off my history and remove the late fee since it was their bad. All I need to do is wait for it to go through then all then number and hit *. I try to call and it says invalid key and she closed my account so I can't use my social security number or card to talk to someone. I tried all three numbers. I hate them and their scamming business and I'm going to warn everyone to stay away because there is NO EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER TO CALL NOW. I'm beyond pissed at this company.
