I put *** dollars on a green dot card and went to use it and it said no funds! I called green dot and was told my card was cancelled and another was in the mail, give it two weeks!mind you that money was to pay my insurance that I have to pay faithfully due to an sr-** I am obligated to maintain! I tried expressing my concerns and was told too bad I had to wait! Two weeks p***, no card so I call green dot once again, to find out I no longer had *** dollars because a fee was taken! So I ask, how can u take money off my card that I haven't even activated? So I was credited that but also told that was a one time only thing and I would not get another! Anyway, back to my card! So now two weeks later there is no green dot card in the mail and I'm told that they are cancelling the card and mailing me a check, wait two more weeks! Now I'm infuriated! I've been informed my insurance was dropped and I now have to start all over on my sr*** and mind you I'm ****ed because it wasn't my fault it didn't get paid* its green dot because by this time I'm going into three weeks that my money is lost! Guess what guys? It's been over a month! That's over the two weeks that I was promised twice, and I haven't seen nothing in my mail!! *** south *** west apt. B Richfield Utah *****. Look I want my money back! And I shouldn't have to wait any longer! I feel you guys need to make this right and get me my money NOW! It's my money not yours and I have waited way too long!
