The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

Green dot sent me another card in the mail that I did not want . I have an account I pay *.**$ a month for my card and account. Green dot decided that I needed another account and sent me another card. I was Unaware of the new account and card with the same fees as my card. They take *.** from me On that card as well . I do not want two accounts I did not ask for two accounts. Now all this has done is cost me $*.**. this is money that I was not aware of owing. I never asked for another card or account . I can't pay for two accounts this is ridiculous. I just want to close all of my accounts.
