I purchased a product back in June **** on amazon for a baby shower gift. The return window for that product was until August ****. The person I gifted this playpen to recently had her baby and opened up the playpen to set it up. She told me the playpen couldn’t open due to a pole being bent. She has brought the playpen to me so I could confirm that it was in fact defective since I own * playpens myself, I was worried maybe she just didn’t know how to open it. *Amazon has given me a contact link as the manufacturer product is still under warranty. How can we fix this issue. *Thank you
