I urgently require assistance and have provided detailed information below to facilitate the process. Within the last 10 days, I left my workplace and obtained a new laptop/device. I am currently in the process of setting up my emails and accounts on this new device. I possess four main GMAIL accounts for various purposes. One of the GMAIL accounts, [redacted], poses an issue as I cannot recall the original password after moving and resetting devices. The passwords were stored on my old device that is now inaccessible to me. Despite having the correct @gmail.com email address, I struggle with identifying the account name, as I've always referred to it by the email address (Crawford PYP), which is different from its setup name from [redacted]. I lack access to the recently updated Recovery Email Address but have the original recovery email address, changed on the 7th of March [redacted]. The Recovery phone number linked is the same as my Android personal Gmail account, causing codes sent to default to the Android Gmail address. Desperately, I require access to the 1TB of data stored since [redacted], last saved on Google Drive at approximately 2 pm last Friday, the 19th of May [redacted]. I hired Interscope to create my business website, Angel's Flooring. Subsequently, my business and website were listed on Google My Business. After a while, I decided to handle the maintenance myself instead of continuing to pay Interscope. However, I discovered that Interscope had removed my business from Google My Business, despite being the owner and manager. They claim they no longer have my website. Is there a way to recover my website and have it re-listed on my new Google My Business account, Angels Flooring LLC?

My name is Theresa Roop. The passcode on my Google Pixel 5 changed somehow. After factory resetting the phone, I tried entering the password for both of my Google accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], but it didn't work. The phone is displaying an old phone number for verification code, but the correct number is [redacted], not [redacted]. I created a temporary account, [redacted], to use while recovering my main account, [redacted], which is essential as it contains photos dating back to [redacted]. I need assistance to regain access as I am currently locked out of my Pixel due to not having access to my account. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I attempted to switch vendors from Boost to T-Mobile and encountered issues logging into my old account due to incorrect passwords. Since I still receive texts and emails on the old account, I created a new one under [redacted] As most of my credit cards are linked to the old account [redacted], I would appreciate it if you could deactivate the old passwords on that account, allowing me to set a new password for [redacted]

I am a retiree and I am concerned about my grandson's recent experience with unauthorized charges on his gaming account. His 7-year-old daughter unknowingly spent $[redacted] on in-game purchases on his phone, which was intended for rent. As a senior on a pension, I cannot afford this unexpected expense. I left my Samsung phone in an Uber on Monday, May 29th. The driver has refused to return it. I have been trying to access my Google account to set up a new phone, but it seems it has been hacked as it shows a Huawei Lite device connected, which I have never owned. I urgently need to recover my account and set up the new phone. I have changed my password multiple times but still can't log in. Thank you.

I have forgotten my password and need to sign in to my Gmail account, [redacted] I no longer have access to the phone linked to my account for verification. Despite the urgency of receiving important emails to prevent foreclosure on my house, I am frustrated by the lack of backup solutions offered for this issue. Considering the extensive data Google collects, it is puzzling that verifying my identity seems to be a problem. It has nearly been a month since we submitted our initial appeal to reopen the account, and we have not received any response, even though it has been past the five-business day timeframe. Our dental office, located in an underserved neighborhood, relies on Google ads for visibility. As a small medical facility assisting children with disabilities, we should not face repercussions due to a stolen credit card and missed payment notification from Google. We have been struggling for over a month without any resolution or communication. Our plea is for assistance, as our services for vulnerable children and families who lack private insurance are at risk. We are on the verge of shutting down. We hope for empathy from a large corporation like Google and request that they process the payment to help reopen our account.

I have experienced issues with unauthorized charges on my Google Play account. I have been charged for in-app purchases and subscriptions without access to the services. Recently, an unauthorized charge of $78 from DealDash was taken by PayPal. Over the years, Google Play Services has charged me for in-app purchases without providing access to the content. I have been locked out of one of my Gmail accounts for approximately 2 years now despite numerous attempts to recover it without success. This particular email was primarily used for a specific online game and various other random things that required an email address. The main reason I need to recover this account is because it is linked to the game account, and that is my only way to regain access. I have changed phone numbers since the last time I had access, and the previous number is no longer available for confirmation. Additionally, there is no recovery email attached to the account. Whenever I tried to recover the email using the phone number, I would receive a code, but then it would ask for a code sent to the email itself, which is perplexing. After leaving my previous company, they have continued to use my credit card for Google GSuite payments. Despite canceling my card, Google is still charging me EUR 31,20 monthly. This has been ongoing for months, and Google is not acknowledging the issue as fraudulent. I have submitted claims, but the payments persist. I am unable to access or cancel the payment through the company Google account. What steps can I take to resolve this situation and stop the unauthorized charges? Dear Paytm Team, I encountered an issue when trying to transfer my Paytm amount - an error message indicated, "Funds cannot be added as user wallet type is basic." This problem has persisted for the past four months, preventing me from using my food wallet amount. I have attempted to resolve it by reinstalling the app several times to no avail. Despite contacting Paytm customer care, the assistance provided has been unsatisfactory. I kindly request the necessary changes be made to allow the transfer and ask for confirmation once completed. I was informed that contacting Yall directly could assist me with this issue. I have been facing a problem with accessing my high dosage medication account. I changed my password some time ago and can't recall it. The code Yall wants to send me requires a phone number I no longer have access to, or I don't remember the password for the emails. However, I can provide numerous phone numbers associated with this email and several past passwords. I am attempting to regain access to an email address I had several years ago. It is a Gmail account with the address [redacted] When trying to log in, I receive a message stating "account can't be found." Similarly, sending an email to this address results in a response of "unknown recipient," indicating mail delivery failure. Unfortunately, my original recovery email associated with this account is no longer accessible. Dear Google Team, I am Vijay Chandr B., and I am having trouble recovering my Gmail account. I enabled 2-step verification a while ago. I added my mobile number [redacted] for verification and my own Gmail ID for recovery. Unfortunately, I removed the Gmail ID from my old phone. Now, when I try to log in on my new phone, the mobile OTP comes but the recovery OTP is sent to the Gmail ID I can't access. I am reaching out for help from another Gmail account. We are experiencing issues with our internet connection. The company has confirmed that our modem and router are connected, but we're unable to access the internet. The wi-fi symbol shows up on our devices, but there's no internet connection. In our main house, the router has a slowly flashing blue light, while the one in the adjacent building has an orange light. This problem started yesterday, and despite unplugging and attempting troubleshooting steps, we haven't been successful. I've been unable to reach online support due to access issues with my account even after trying to reset the password. Assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I left my phone with my previous employer and had my Gmail account on it. I transferred the account to my personal computer and reset the company's phone. Now, I received an email saying my password was changed with a recovery option. When I tried to recover it, the code went to the phone left with my previous employer, locking me out as someone else got the code. This email was used for work and personal, not a domain email. I was told to wait 48 hours for a response, but if they send anything to that phone, the person who has it will see my information. The emails were from Jeff Leonard. I'm reaching out from a different email than the one with the changed password.

I am currently unable to access a shared Gmail account ([redacted]) that my family uses for our Twitter account. The issue arises when we reach the "Verify it's you" step, which requires a code sent to the associated phone number. Unfortunately, this phone number belongs to my wife and is no longer in use for years. Without access to this number, we are unable to verify the account. We wish to regain entry but are unable to update any recovery information due to this access barrier.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with Google via email multiple times. They have suspended my account until I verify my information. However, each time I fill out the verification form with all the correct answers and evidence, it keeps saying the information is incorrect. To make matters worse, there is a bank account linked to my account that does not belong to me, and I am unable to verify it. Additionally, there is an old card linked to my US bank account that I can't verify as it's no longer active. Despite explaining all these issues to them, I have not received a solution. It seems I am stuck until they address the problems with their verification process or acknowledge that I can't verify accounts that are no longer in use or not mine.
