I'm currently in a 30-day waiting period but upon checking, I'm being told to wait another 30 days. My account details remain the same, except for the phone number. A month ago, my family and friends made a reservation at the Phoenix Relax Park hotel in the Carpathians, Ukraine. When we booked, it was indicated that no advance payment was required. However, recently, I started receiving threatening emails stating that if I don't make an advance payment, my booking will be canceled. I contacted the hotel, provided them with our booking numbers, and initially, they confirmed our reservations were valid. But then they started pressuring us again. Due to the current situation in our country, we offered to make an advance payment for one night at the end of June. The hotel agreed, but now they are threatening and being rude. How is it possible for Booking.com to allow false information? Why does the platform permit this? I have always been a loyal Booking.com customer, but this situation is unprecedented. I urge you to urgently address this matter with the hotel and the situation.

After updating the software on my [redacted] Moto G Stylus, the phone has become extremely laggy, unresponsive, and slow when loading videos with constant buffering. It's almost unusable now.
I am frustrated with big tech companies and their lack of customer consideration and service. We, as customers, have the power to impact these companies, just like when Anheuser Busch lost 9 billion dollars in two weeks. We can make a difference.

After being incarcerated, I lost access to my phone and subsequently forgot the password to my email due to the passage of time. Despite having my recovery email and knowing my security questions, the system does not prompt me. I possess my driver's license, among other documentation, to verify my identity. My main goal is to access my account to retrieve cherished photos of my children and significant memories. My phone battery has died, and despite charging it, I can't turn it back on. I'm currently using a different phone but couldn't back up anything from my old phone. The issue is I can't sign into my Google account because my old phone number is still associated with it. I am currently spending almost $[redacted] per month on Google ads to drive traffic to my website. The "request a quote" feature on my site allows customers to submit their contact information. Upon submission, I receive an immediate email notification and promptly follow up with the customer for an in-person estimate.
On June 15th, starting at 11:12am EST, I received a sudden influx of 15 emails over a short period. These emails contained customer requests that had been submitted at various times over the past two weeks. When I contacted these customers, many mentioned they had submitted their requests weeks ago. This delay resulted in missed business opportunities and conveyed a lack of responsiveness on my part.
I reached out to Google on June 15th regarding this issue (case number 5-[redacted][redacted]) but have not received a response yet. I am seeking a refund for the past two months of Google ads payments and/or a significant credit for future ad spending to make up for these difficulties.

I signed up for YouTube to watch a particular soccer game, and the first week was supposed to be free. However, I have been unable to access the game despite making the payment through PayPal. I have lost internet access and I'm having trouble signing into my Gmail account. Google provided me with a code via my Microsoft email but then stated I need to wait 48 hours. I am seeking help regarding my phone issues. The Best Buy store accidentally reset my phone, removing all my apps and information. Consequently, I got locked out of it due to incomplete setup of my phone protection app. Despite Best Buy's attempt to fix it, I am still unable to use my Samsung 23 plus phone as per the app instructions. Being in my 80s, I am not very tech-savvy and have saved for months to buy this phone. My Gmail, set up by Consumer Cellular in [redacted], has never worked, but I never addressed the issue before.
