I am trying to recover my primary Google account, [redacted], after my laptop was stolen. I submitted two recovery requests but did not receive the links as stated in the confirmations: one on Fri, Oct 7 at 7:44 PM and the other on Tue, Oct 11 at 7:14 AM. I tried contacting Google using [redacted], but the automated system could not assist me as I was on an unrecognized device in Puerto Rico. Even after buying a new phone, I couldn't create a new Google account due to issues with the area code. It seems Google's support in such situations is lacking. My advice is not to lose both your phone and computer while out of the country relying on Google services. The process might not be straightforward, and you could be left without access.

I am experiencing harassment from Affordable Home Works at [redacted]. After water damage, I rated them 1 star due to the lack of communication. They wanted to charge me $7 per gallon for an estimate visit, totaling $[redacted] for the round trip. I was told even if they did the work, I still had to pay. Their employee mentioned issues with insurance reimbursement. A person from the company is leaving harassing messages, despite me being a senior with health issues and pending insurance claims. I prefer not to use email due to illness. Others should be aware that AHW does not provide free estimates and may delay responses, even with significant damages. One star was too generous in this case.

I am having trouble accessing my Google account as I recently changed my phone number. When I try to log in, the code is being sent to my old phone number [redacted] instead of my new number [redacted]. I urgently need access to my account where I have important emails. I am experiencing a serious issue with my Google account. Hackers have taken control of it, preventing me from accessing my emails. Despite my attempts to change my password, they keep blocking me out. They have also compromised the two email accounts linked to my Google account, gaining access to personal and sensitive information, including financial and medical details. I urgently need assistance to delete my Google account and the connected emails to prevent further misuse of my information. This situation is particularly concerning as I suffer from a brain disease, and my medical data is now in the wrong hands.

My Messenger has been hacked, and someone linked their email to my Facebook account. They are messaging my family and friends through Messenger, trying to get them to open their Cash App. I have been trying for two weeks to resolve this. I am too old to be dealing with this. The hacked account is attached to the email [redacted] The hacker claims if I pay them, they will return my account to me.

While on my way to the airport for an overseas trip, I accidentally dropped my Samsung phone, resulting in a black screen and locking me out of my Google account which held important passwords. With only my Amazon Fire tablet at hand, I urgently need to access my emails. However, Google requires a security code sent to my inaccessible phone for verification. Is there a way to receive this code on my tablet or my wife's phone instead? Moreover, when entering the saved password on my tablet, it is not accepted. I suspect I changed the password some months back through an email prompt on my now-broken phone. This might explain why my tablet is not receiving or sending emails. I am in dire need of a solution to this dilemma.

I am currently using my correct Gmail address, [redacted], along with the right password. I am accessing it from my frequently used home Wi-Fi network on my new phone. The issue is that I am not being given the option to receive a security code on my listed phone number, [redacted], and instead being asked to verify my account on a reported stolen device. I had disabled two-step verification precisely to avoid this kind of problem. I would like to be able to enter my address and password to access my account, possibly going through the verification process sent to my phone number. Requesting verification on devices that have been removed from my account due to being reported stolen is unreasonable. This has been a frustrating experience causing unnecessary delays and financial implications due to missed time-sensitive contacts.

I accidentally dropped my phone and shattered the screen. I have insurance through Assurion with Verizon, so my son processed the claim as I couldn't do it myself due to the phone damage. Usually, when getting a replacement, I request assistance setting it up as I live alone, am not tech-savvy, lack home internet, and have to drive far to a Verizon store. Despite previous deliveries to my door, this time I had to go to the store. During setup, I faced issues with recovering my Google account due to forgotten passwords and security measures. I urgently need access to this account as it contains essential information, especially related to my recent disability claim. I've tried various methods but haven't succeeded. It's vital to me to speak with a support person on the phone for assistance.

Earlier today, I cleared the browsing history on my laptop, unintentionally deleting the saved password for my Gmail account. Normally, my account would open automatically when I visited Gmail, but now I can't log in as it says both my password and phone number are invalid. I've had the same number for 20 years, but I'm afraid I might be getting forgetful at 74. I usually keep my passwords in a book, but seems like I forgot to update it with the new one. I no longer have access to my custom domain Gmail account and Google Drive. My custom domain Gmail account was converted to a Workspace account, but the Administrator is unknown to me. This has caused a nightmare as my email is disabled. I have also paid for additional storage on my Google Drive. Being a paid user should provide some leverage if I can find someone to assist me. I urgently need my email history, access to my drive restored, and help with the administrative side of things. I have been trying to resolve this issue for two weeks with no success.

I had an email account with Google through my previous company. I used it to create a Google business page and a YouTube channel. After leaving the company, they disabled my access to the email account. Now, I would like to transfer the business page and YouTube channel to my personal email or have them deleted. I attempted to update my phone number, but the system prompted me to change my password. Subsequently, I was logged out while trying to make a payment for my storage. I am unable to access my account because I no longer have access to the phone number associated with it. Furthermore, I can't receive the verification code as my email inbox is full. I provided an alternate email for contact and received a recovery code, which I used. However, even after receiving an email confirming the account recovery, I am still unable to access it. Given that all my pictures of my daughter are stored there, I urgently need to regain access to my account.

I fell victim to a scam on Facebook Marketplace. Two buyers messaged me requesting a 'Google voice verification' code. After sending it, they disappeared. Research led me to a known scam involving Google Voice codes. The scammer could use the code to claim ownership of a Google Voice number for malicious purposes. I'm unfamiliar with the implications but wonder if they could set up an account with my phone number.

I currently have some gift cards that I purchased. Unfortunately, after scratching off the code on one of them, it did not work when I tried to redeem it. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out to Google for assistance via email or live chat, I have not been provided with a satisfactory resolution. It has been challenging to escalate the issue to a supervisor as promised, and the customer service experience has left me frustrated. I am considering switching to Apple due to the lack of support I have received from Google. The situation has caused me a great deal of anxiety, and I feel undervalued as a customer. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter before I proceed with transitioning to a different company for my tech needs.

Hello, I need assistance with my Samsung A21S phone and WhatsApp. Unfortunately, a few months ago, I canceled my old Google account without any issues until I was prompted to update WhatsApp this week due to obsolescence by Nov 9, [redacted]. When I tried to download the update, I was directed to Google Play or Galaxy Store. However, I couldn't proceed because my old Google account was no longer valid. I have now created a new Google account with a different email address, but WhatsApp is only recognizing my old account that has been deactivated. I have reached out to an adviser from EE, but unfortunately, she was unable to resolve the issue despite her efforts. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my accounts as they have been compromised. The backup codes I had saved on my phone have been deleted. The enterprise account linked to [redacted] is associated with my other account, [redacted], and both are connected to my phone number. My phone was accidentally dropped in the toilet, causing water damage. Unfortunately, the screen is blank, and the phone won't turn on. I accidentally logged out of my Google account, but I can't remember the password. Retrieving it is challenging since I can't access my old recovery email or use my new TextNow phone number for verification. Despite creating a new Gmail account and entering the verification code, Google flagged unusual activity on the account. They promised to respond within 48 hours, but I haven't heard back yet. Now, Google is also restricting access to my second Gmail due to phone number verification issues. In a final attempt, I requested a verification code to my mom's email, applied it, and now I am waiting for another response. It's been 5 days, and I am struggling to regain access to my accounts. I have been a paying user of Google Workspace Business Standard Edition for a year, using Google Drive for my data storage. Recently, my administrator account was unexpectedly banned due to an alleged violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Despite my confusion, the support team informed me that I had exceeded the allowable storage limit, which goes against the policy. I questioned why the system allowed me to surpass the storage limit without restricting further uploads or notifying me. Instead of providing a warning to delete excess data, they chose to ban my account and delete my files without prior notice. The customer service team justified their actions by accusing me of deliberately circumventing the service, leaving me frustrated and without a satisfactory explanation. I am left wondering why the system didn't enforce limits or notify me when I exceeded the storage allowance, as this could have prevented the issue. I was a paid user of Google Workspace Business Standard Edition for a year and recently faced an issue. Despite pre-paying for the upcoming year, my administrator account got banned by Google. Upon contacting customer support, I was informed that I violated the Acceptable Use Policy by exceeding storage limits.
