I needed to retrieve my username and password for my Gmail account. I visited the Google page to recover this information. I successfully received my username, but when I tried to reset my password, the session had timed out. Upon trying to log back in, I encountered an issue with the password reset security question asking for my old phone number. Despite providing the answer, Google wanted to send the passcode to that outdated phone number. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that number. I am seeking assistance on how to regain access to my Google account and its information.

I am having trouble accessing my [redacted] and [redacted] accounts as I no longer have access to the phone or device used for verification. The WiFi and phone associated with the account are shut off. I can provide my ID, social security number, and the initial passwords I used. Despite entering the correct passwords, it keeps prompting to send a code to an unavailable device. The correct email is [redacted], and I have tried using "Caylee11" and "Fuckoff2021" as passwords with no success in bypassing the verification step.

Last week, I received an email from Google informing me that they changed my account password. Despite their instructions to log in, I found it impossible without a password. This has led to a significant amount of frustration as I can no longer access my emails and many apps require my Google account. As someone with ADD, this unexpected change has disrupted my routine severely. Google's lack of assistance has caused me distress and I feel disregarded. I plan to escalate this issue to the ADA Administration and my local representatives to address the insensitivity shown by Google. I am adamant about speaking to a human representative, receiving written instructions, and not accepting mere apologies. This ordeal has left me without access to my phone's settings and seeking restitution from Google. A resolution is needed promptly as my current financial limitations prevent me from replacing my phone. I urge Google to rectify this situation without delay to restore my trust in their services.

I have experienced severe identity theft five years ago when a hacker gained access to my passwords, changed them, and continues to target my electronic devices daily. Over the past two years, I had to purchase 24 phones due to the damage caused by this hacker. Currently, the hacker has infiltrated my email accounts, intercepting critical emails and even manipulating outgoing messages. Moreover, the hacker called my phone provider posing as me, with detailed personal information, and redirected my mobile account to a different device. The real concern is that my essential work, including research, financial accounts, and creative writing, are stored in my Gmail archive. As a writer, access to my stored plots and research is crucial. Despite being a loyal Google 1 subscriber, I am unable to contact the support team due to technical issues caused by the hacker. The hacker is also involved in illicit activities on websites like alldokument.com and epdf.pub, where copyrighted works are being sold under a false name. This poses a serious threat to authors' intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action against Google.

I am unable to access my email account [redacted] due to 2-step verification sending the code to an inactive phone. Unfortunately, I had a distressing experience but desperately need to retrieve photos of my dog and family from that time. Despite knowing the password, the recovery page does not recognize me as the rightful owner because I am not in Kansas City. I can provide the account recovery phone number if needed. If possible, could the 2-step verification be disabled if I provide the password and recovery phone number? These photos are extremely important to me as they hold memories of my loved ones.

My Google email account has been hacked, most likely by someone in Columbus, Ohio using a Samsung S10 phone. I changed my password before, but it's not working again. There seems to be someone who can access my account without my permission, like a ghost, responding to verification requests without my input. I can't receive any emails in my account, making it impossible to verify my identity. I feel overwhelmed and in need of assistance. Please, if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. Thank you in advance for any support you can offer.

I stored my iPhone 12 in a drawer with all its components, but someone with access to the key stole it. This person has also taken over my email address and old phone number. Despite my attempts, T-Mobile has not deactivated the phone, so I am still being charged for it. I tried using a backup code, but the thief is flooding my device with malware before I can even use it. This individual has been relentlessly cyberstalking me for the last two years, and I am feeling overwhelmed by the situation. Even contacting Apple has not resulted in them being able to remotely disable the phone.

I've been struggling to access my Google account for the past 3 or 4 days, but each time I try, I end up getting locked out. Today, I got locked out again. My name is Prince Garden and my email is press80 @ gmail.com. When I receive a verification code, the prompt on the screen to enter it disappears too quickly, causing me issues. Additionally, I can't receive the verification email through my Gmail account because I'm currently not logged in.

I purchased a new Samsung phone and used Samsung Smart Switch to transfer my data to the new device. While trying to transfer new data from my Samsung to Google, I got logged out of my Google account and now I'm unable to remember my password. I've tried recovering it over the phone, but the 6-digit verification code sent to my phone number is not working. I'm not sure if the issue is with my phone or another source, but all I know is that I can't access my Google account. My email address is [redacted]

I am having trouble accessing my emails on Google and Yahoo because my recovery number is inactive due to getting a new phone number. I lost my phone and had to transfer my service to a different phone, and now I can't remember any of my passwords. I've been attempting to recover my Yahoo account all night to no avail. Unfortunately, I can't retrieve the old recovery phone number. The recovery email account is also inaccessible to me, as I do not have any of the passwords and am unable to recover them.

On 1/9/[redacted], my Google Pixel 4XL has been hacked once more. The hackers have altered my screen lock password, preventing me from accessing my apps, emails, and browsers. I solely rely on my phone, tablet, and Nvidia Shield, not a laptop or computer. When attempting to reset my two passwords on my Google accounts, [redacted]{main} and [redacted]{backup}, the hackers have removed the option to "call me with password," crucial since I am unable to unlock my phone. I previously had subscriptions with AVG, but I cancelled all services when I purchased a new desktop in May [redacted]. I have never had any subscriptions with Google for antivirus services. On 11/15/21, I detected a charge of $17.88 from BOOGLE *AVG Mobile on my credit card statement, which I did not authorize. AVG confirmed they had no active subscriptions for me. Despite my attempts, my bank denied my dispute (case # C-[redacted]). On 12/2/21 and 12/21/21, I was charged $39.99 each by GOOGLE *AVG Mobile, which I also disputed (case #5[redacted]-[redacted]). I want to clarify that I never used AVG mobile services or authorized these Google charges. The unexpected and excessive charges are troubling. I prefer a phone call response at [redacted], or I will escalate this issue to Consumer Reporting Agencies for fraudulent activity. Additionally, I will cancel any existing Google services to prevent further incidents.
