Hello, I accidentally deleted my email account and have been unable to recover it despite following the steps on your help pages. I previously contacted support, and they confirmed my account is still active. However, I am unable to sign in or reset my password successfully. I have attempted to use a friend's desktop for recovery codes, but even after receiving them, I cannot proceed. I keep getting an error message regarding Google prompt not recognizing the device, although I have used both the desktop and my phone before. Additionally, I forgot to update my phone number linked to the account, leading to verification issues. This email account is crucial for work-related schedules and client communication. I am currently unable to access my Outlook email account since it has been blocked. Despite changing my password three times, I still cannot retrieve my emails. The security process of requiring the old password when changing it seems counterintuitive, as it is typically changed due to not remembering the old one. It is frustrating not being able to access my emails and relying only on my phone for communication. I hope there is a solution to this issue without having to reset my password again. The current situation is very inconvenient, and I would appreciate a more straightforward resolution.

We are the owners of the property at [redacted] Courthouse Drive, Salmon, Idaho [redacted] since [redacted]. We are currently in the process of selling our home and have made significant improvements to enhance its curb appeal, including a new metal roof and blue beveled cedar shiplap siding. The landscaping investment has created a lovely urban forest that offers shade and privacy. We are kindly requesting the removal of the outdated street view image of our residence on Google Earth until it is accurately updated. Despite the copyright date of [redacted] in the photo, it appears to be from [redacted] or [redacted]. The misleading image may deter potential homebuyers who are browsing listings on realtor.com and Zillow. Please take prompt action to remove this old street view picture of our home. Thank you.

I have a story to share, though I'll keep it brief. I accidentally played a prank video from a playlist for the elderly lady I care for. I didn't think it through due to my ADHD. The video triggered an Emergency Broadcast about nuclear bombs in Baltimore, where my family lives. I panicked and prayed for safety. This incident made me reflect on life and the importance of staying connected with loved ones. It also caused concern at work, but thankfully it was resolved. I recently switched to a new phone service and I've been having trouble accessing my Google account to retrieve my photos and contacts. When I tried to reset my password, it requested to send a code to my email, which I can't access without the Google password. Additionally, I can't recall the security questions set up when I was 15 years old. I'm now 28 and struggling to regain access despite multiple attempts over the past few days. I wish there was an alternative method such as receiving a code via phone. Unfortunately, I'm unable to get any messages without access to my email or phone. This situation is quite frustrating.

I am frustrated with Google. After transferring data to my new phone, I face password issues despite receiving a security code. The lack of phone password reset support is misleading. Contacting Google resulted in limited support hours, unanswered queries, and misleading charges from a service promising a $1 trial. Google's involvement is disappointing. My phone, contacts, and Chrome settings changed mysteriously within a week, with additional costs for a memory card and unnecessary advice to purchase a Play Store card. Requesting a refund for the $36 charge is necessary. Google Support's Nick provided unhelpful advice and disconnected several times. I seek a resolution and refund as financial constraints are high due to recent personal loss. Please replace automated support with human assistance.

I need help with my email account [redacted] I changed my password recently and now can't remember it. I have a new device with the same phone number, but Google doesn't recognize it for auto login. When trying to reset my password, it asks to send a code to my alternate phone number, which is no longer in service. I have an alternate email [redacted] listed for verification, and while I got the code successfully, I was told to wait 48 hours before resetting my password. I noticed two unauthorized charges on May 10 and again on May 20 for $39.95 each. I spoke with both H&R Block and the merchant regarding charges of $39.95, $39.95, and $49.95 to my H&R Block card ending in [redacted]. The merchant is willing to refund the money but insists it must go back onto the discontinued card. I have updated my card twice since then, and I am aware the routing number remains the same on new cards. Despite my efforts, the money has not been returned yet. I urgently seek a resolution to reclaim my funds promptly and would appreciate some assistance with this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with my Gmail issue. It is quite frustrating. My Gmail account is notifying me that it will be deleted in 25 days. While on vacation in Orlando, Florida, my Android phone was stolen. Despite suspending my Verizon service, I am unable to locate it as all passwords are stored on the phone and I cannot recall them. Attempts to use recovery services have been futile, as the perpetrators can bypass them. It is crucial that I retrieve this information today before departing Orlando tomorrow. Although the service has been suspended, the thieves are still able to access my phone via WIFI. I would greatly appreciate the return of my phone before I leave the area. Thank you.

I have added another email address, [redacted], as a recovery email with Google that I have used for a long time. However, for the past two weeks, I have been experiencing difficulties accessing my accounts. As a 71-year-old person with disabilities, my memory is not as reliable, making it challenging to log in. Despite entering the correct password, I am continuously denied access, including with my current email, [redacted] Both [redacted] and [redacted] are active accounts on Google, but the system is not recognizing them. I believe my password for my Gmail account has been changed. I have created a new Gmail account, but I urgently need access to my old account. I no longer have the old phone numbers associated with the account. Lately, my personal email has been flagged as "spam" causing delivery issues. I frequently face this problem when sending emails to friends and businesses through Google/Gmail. Previously, this only occurred when I mistyped addresses. Now, it happens daily even with familiar contacts. During ongoing conversations, my emails get rejected as "spam". I wonder if this relates to my email being a Bible verse. Is Google making it challenging for users with Christian email addresses?

About three years ago, someone hacked into my Gmail account. I have been trying to recover it but I am unable to because it requires my phone number which I no longer have access to. I do not have another email linked to it for recovery either. I remember some details about the account like the last password used and the birthdate I used to create the account. Hello, I wanted to inform you that I have already been in touch with Activision, and they have suggested contacting Google regarding the issue with the authenticator application. Although I still have an open ticket with Activision, I thought it might help to seek your advice, even though I believe the problem is not related to Google. I am currently facing difficulties accessing my Activision account due to the Google 2FA application. Every time I attempt to log in online, I find myself stuck in a login loop where I enter my credentials, 2FA code, or backup code, only to be redirected back to the initial login page. I have tried using different browsers and incognito modes without success. Additionally, trying to log in through my PlayStation account online leads me to a blank page. I recently acquired a new Xbox and need to log in on the new system, but the Google authenticator code is showing as "invalid" on the Xbox. While the issue on the Xbox is different from the website loop, I am wondering if the codes can be updated on Google's end. I can successfully access my account on the support website as it does not require the 2FA application, but I am unable to make any adjustments to my settings through that platform. I am able to receive emails from all my family members and relatives, except for my grandmother's emails. I checked my email security, drafts, trash, school email account, and personal inbox, but I still can't find her emails. I reviewed all the folders, including sent, starred, snoozed, important, scheduled, outgoing, spam, and all emails, but her messages are nowhere to be found.

I have forgotten my password for my Gmail account and need to recover it. I created the account approximately 3 years ago but haven't used it since. This account is for an organization. Although I initially had no plans for it, I now see the potential to utilize it to share information and updates with the LGBTQ+ community. Specifically, I want to raise awareness that gay men are eligible to receive the HPV vaccine through the NHS in the UK, which many are unaware of. I am considering transforming this account into a not-for-profit platform to spread awareness and serve as a resource hub. What started as a joke has turned into a meaningful endeavor that I am eager to pursue.
