I can no longer access my account, [redacted] I forgot my password but recall a few old ones. Unfortunately, to verify my identity, it requires a security code from one of two previous phone numbers I no longer possess. This lack of access to those phones means I cannot provide the code. When I click "try another way," it continues to deny me access, stating it cannot verify my ownership of the account.

A couple of years back, I logged into my Google account through a proxy, and I may have entered the wrong password, leading the system to prompt me for a password change upon subsequent login attempts. I hesitated to alter it, and since then, my account has remained inactive with the same request to reset the password persisting over time. The password issue was frustrating, causing me to refrain from using Google altogether. I simply wish to retain my original password, exclusive to me, and regain access without any hassle.

I previously used an old Gmail account for spam emails and inadvertently signed up for a prescription service on a website using that email. I am unable to remember the password for the Gmail account linked to this service, which will start charging me soon. Unfortunately, I can't access the account on my new devices as it requires text/call verification on a phone number I no longer have. I am in urgent need of assistance with this issue.

I have noticed a recurring charge of $70.64 from Google YouTube on my credit card statement twice now. After disputing the first charge with my bank and getting a new credit card number, the same charge has appeared on my new card. I am unsure what this charge is for, as I do not recall ordering anything from YouTube. I have attempted to contact Google by phone, but they are not answering calls due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, I have not found a way to address this issue on their website. I am frustrated with this situation and would like to avoid the inconvenience of having to get another new card.

I have been locked out of my Gmail account that I have used for the last 7 years. It contains important information and memories. Since getting a new phone and being locked out due to not saving the password before it was sent for repair, I had to create a new email address. The original account has all my information, passwords, photos, tax details, and essential documents. Despite going through the recovery process multiple times, I am unable to regain access. I can provide various details to verify my identity such as old passwords, contacts, phone numbers, and locations visited. I need a real person to assist me as the automated system is not helping.

I've had the Gmail account [redacted] for as long as I can remember. Recently, it stopped appearing on my desktop; it used to show up as soon as I logged into Google. Now, with my new tablet, I can't add the account or change the password to access it. All my photos and important information are stored there. Strangely, the account still shows up on my phone. I'm not sure what happened to the account or what steps I need to take to recover it. I've even purchased extra storage for this account.

I bought a Google Pixel 3 Android phone from Best Buy on December 31, [redacted]. Lately, I've been encountering an audio problem during calls - the caller's voice sounds low-pitched. Plugging in earbuds resolves this issue. I've already attempted troubleshooting with chat support and can provide the IDs for those sessions once I'm home. Troubleshooting involved resetting network settings, safe mode, and factory settings. Unfortunately, the problem persists, and I require additional assistance promptly. After clearing my browsing data, I encountered issues with my Gmail account. Upon accessing my inbox, I noticed that all icons above the list of emails were missing. The options for deleting, marking folders, and marking as spam were not visible. The selection box to the left of each email was also gone. Although I could still see a grey highlight when hovering over the icons, their actual appearance was not visible. The names of the icons would only show up as I scrolled over them. Similarly, the drop-down menus were not visible either. In Google Images, when I clicked on photos after a search, I did not see the dropdown with the link to the site or other options. Additionally, I've had an ongoing issue where I cannot open any links starting with "Ad" in Google searches, leading me to an error page with no resolution offered. While I reinstalled Chrome and tested in Explorer, the problems persisted, indicating it's not browser-specific.

I am Connie Padgett, a YouTube TV customer. My bank account is charged $64.99 monthly. On November 27th, there were two charges of $64.99 each - one with the description "YouTube TV" and the other "Google transfer PayPal." I am seeking a refund for one of those charges. Today, another double charge of $64.99 each has occurred with the same descriptions as in November. I am struggling to reach a person for assistance.

I recently bought an ASUS laptop for my 9-year-old son. I created a Microsoft account for him, added him to our family group, and tried to provide parental consent so he could access Google Chrome with his existing email. However, I keep encountering errors and the message "something went wrong" when trying to grant consent on various devices. I've tried troubleshooting on multiple platforms to no avail. I've reset the laptop, unlinked his Microsoft and Google accounts, and re-granted consent, but the issue persists. My son can't log into his Google account on the new laptop or any device unless already signed in somewhere else. Hello, my name is James Holcomb. Someone is trying to hack my Google account, [redacted] I received a notification on Sunday afternoon while I was on my boat at the lake, saying that someone is attempting to change my password. When I got home and changed my password on my laptop, it doesn't seem to work. I received a verification code on my phone and responded immediately, but it still can't verify me. The attempts to hack my account are coming from a disgruntled, insecure, slightly jealous cop who is harassing me. He sends various signs and messages to my phone claiming responsibility. I am now trying to recover my account. My number for two-step verification is [redacted], and my other personal number is [redacted], both registered to me. I don't have another email, and I am currently locked out.

Hello, my name is James Holcomb. Recently, on Sunday afternoon, I was hacked. The email associated with the incident is [redacted] I received a notification on my phone [redacted] about an attempt to change my email password while I was on a boat at the lake. Upon returning home around 6:30 PM, I changed my email password. However, the new password does not grant access. Last June, I bought a Google Nest Hub. Recently, the volume suddenly became too loud, and my attempts to reduce it have been unsuccessful. Despite repeatedly instructing the hub to lower the volume, it has remained consistently loud. In some instances, it even confirmed that it was at the lowest setting. To test if any changes occur, I also tried to increase the volume, but it stayed the same. The current volume level is now uncomfortably high, and I am in need of assistance.

I have been trying multiple times to recover my email account, which is linked to all my important accounts. However, the recovery process keeps sending verification codes to an old cell phone number that I no longer have access to. This is causing a significant issue for me as I use two emails daily and urgently need help with this matter. Despite my numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue as it requires entering a G-code sent to my outdated phone number. I can provide any necessary information such as passwords and old phone numbers, but due to having a new phone and number, I am unable to receive the verification code. The system has now locked my account due to too many failed attempts, and I am at a loss of what to do next. This email is also crucial for recovering the email address provided below.

Recently, a friend texted me and asked for help purchasing Google Play Cards because he was out of town and experiencing phone issues and health problems. He requested 3 $[redacted].00 cards, but when I offered to mail them to him, he asked for the card numbers instead. Uncomfortable with this, I decided to return the cards to Walgreens, where they advised me to contact the number on the back of the card. To my dismay, the message instructed me to seek assistance online. Feeling scammed, I am now trying to resolve this issue through customer support. It turns out others in my area have encountered similar situations.

I recently received an email indicating that my son's Google account is set to expire in 12 days. However, every time we attempt to log in and give consent, we encounter error messages or a "something went wrong" page, preventing us from completing the process for his account. Individuals claiming to be from Google Support are contacting me, even providing my caller ID as proof. My account password keeps changing, even after I changed phones and reset my new phone. I am perplexed as to how this is all happening and why. I have tried securing both my current and past Google accounts, yet the problems persist. I am extremely worried and anxious about how the hacker has connected to my accounts and phone. Please, I urgently need assistance to resolve this unsettling situation.

I have recently faced a concerning situation with my social media and online accounts. Someone in Chicago, using a Mac with the IP address [redacted].[redacted].[redacted].[redacted], has taken over my Facebook, Chrome, and other accounts. Despite changing passwords, they seem to remain in control. I use an iPad and a Samsung cell phone, not Google, with no intention of changing my phone number. I am a 73-year-old female Navy Veteran, one-armed, and wheelchair-bound. The unwanted activity on my accounts is distressing, with foreign languages and inappropriate content appearing. My niece resides in Brazil, and I have Egyptian acquaintances, but the current situation is not of my doing. Any assistance in addressing this situation would be greatly appreciated. Moreover, my access to my Credit Union has been blocked, affecting my ability to use the app from the Google Store. Your prompt help in resolving these issues is urgently needed. Thank you. I am unable to access my Gmail account because I no longer have the phone which was used for the 2-step verification process. Despite providing all my information, Google is unable to verify my ownership of the account. I am considering sending a photo of myself holding my state ID to see if they will grant me access. I have important pictures stored in that account that I urgently need for a legal case, and my work Airbnb calendar is also linked to it.
