When I use voice recognition on my new Samsung S10, it says it's saving audio to [redacted], which is not my active account. I would like to avoid having my voice texts sent to any account and prefer they don't go to the cloud. My current Google account is [redacted] Can you please fix this issue?

For the past few months, I've been receiving unwanted and explicit text messages on my iPhone. These messages are sent via Gmail to my iPhone's contact folder, appearing as if they are from known senders rather than unknown. The texts are sent to a group of 10 to 20 people, leading to a flood of angry responses from others asking the sender to stop. I've reported each message to AT&T, but they are unable to assist with texts from Gmail accounts. Despite blocking the accounts, the sender continues to use new Gmail addresses to send the messages. I am seeking advice on how to resolve this ongoing issue.

My phone was stolen, and I have since acquired a new phone that does not contain any of my downloads, passwords, or backup codes. Due to this, I am unable to access my account. I have also switched to a different carrier, resulting in the loss of the number associated with the account setup. I am in contact with the person who now has my old number and can receive a code through it, but Google insists on sending the code to my recovery email, which I can't access without the old number. My Facebook account is still in use, with the email attached but not the number. I can provide proof of ownership through security questions, along with my Facebook and perhaps Spotify accounts, or any other credentials displayed in a photo with me. Can you assist me in recovering my account? It contains valuable contacts and important photos. The person with my old number has offered to text me the code if it's sent there. I may also have my old passwords written down if that would help.

My phone was stolen 47 days ago, leaving my Google account vulnerable. I changed the passwords the day before the theft but can't remember the latest ones. The stolen phone had my wallet and IDs, and now my main Google account is inaccessible. I need Google's help to verify my identity. I have photos of my state identification cards and remember my earlier passwords. If Google can ask me security questions or check my account photos, they will see it's mine.

I encountered an issue when attempting to log in as it indicates my password was altered 5 months earlier. Since I have not accessed the account recently, I am puzzled by this. The process to reset the password requires my recovery email, which also displays the password changed 5 months ago, suggesting the intruder modified my recovery details as well. I am at a loss on what steps to take as they seem to have changed everything in the account. **EDIT:** Upon another attempt to recover the account, I was asked for the date I created the account, which is challenging to recall for an account established several years ago. After inputting the verification code from another email, the message received was "Google couldn't verify the account belongs to you." I am concerned about the security of accounts linked to this email address.

On February 1st, I purchased two Google gift cards totaling $50, but encountered an error. After speaking with Mary, the gift cards were redeemed successfully, and I was able to make purchases without any issues. However, on Monday, a red flag appeared on my account, preventing me from making any further purchases. Despite filling out the required forms over 30 times and providing all necessary documentation, including government ID, bank card, gift cards, and receipts, my account remains flagged for a total of 28 days. This ongoing situation has caused me significant stress and frustration, as I have missed out on important in-game challenges and lost over $[redacted] in potential purchases. I urgently request assistance to resolve this issue and regain access to making purchases on my games.

I am reaching out regarding an incident involving my fiancé, Corey William Harms. He had a mental breakdown resulting in a coma, during which he was mistakenly pronounced dead but thankfully resuscitated. However, upon waking, he cannot locate his phone with number [redacted]. His social accounts show activity despite this. He has requested assistance in accessing his accounts as my devices were hacked and his phone is missing. I have obtained insurance replacements but lack his account details. I seek help from Google to recover his accounts or transfer them to mine. Corey's current incarceration following an overdose has left him unable to access his accounts and retrieve important memories. I am desperate to resolve this situation. Please contact me at [redacted] at your earliest convenience.

I suspect a scam involving a Gmail account on 02/29/20. An Email Alert was sent to my hushmail.com account about someone signing in from Ukraine, instructing me to call 1-[redacted]. The email claimed my account was accessed, but it referred to Gmail, not my accounts. The person alleged that someone had obtained my driver's license information and directed me to visit www.teamviewer.com to resolve the issue for a fee. When I asked for evidence, the person was uncooperative, leading me to end the call. I reached out to hushmail and teamviewer.com and learned the email was not from them. I wonder if Gmail can provide any details about a potential account opened in my name.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am excited to write to you regarding a certification voucher application. I want to express my gratitude to both institutions for their significant contributions to the IT world. The "Grow with Google with Andela [ALC 4.0]" program has been immensely beneficial, offering access to Pluralsight courses focused on Mobile Web Specialist, Android development, and Google Cloud. As a participant in this program, I have completed all four sessions and am now eligible to take the MWS, AAD, or ACE exam at no cost. I have diligently prepared for this exam on Pluralsight as part of the nine-month program. Despite my efforts, I unfortunately did not progress to the certification phase. I hope that Google and Andela will consider my application favorably. Yours Faithfully, Sulaimon Abdullahi Oluwaseun

I have four email accounts with your service. Two of the newest ones had to be changed due to a hacker in my building who has caused damage to several of my devices. The hacker, who lives in the same building, has targeted me because of my race, leading to multiple security breaches on my accounts. Law enforcement has advised me to obtain a detailed report from you regarding these incidents. I have been frequently changing my passwords, suspecting that the hacker gained access through my router. This individual has compromised my Amazon and Netflix accounts and even installed a hidden device on my TV. I believe they are monitoring my movements. I urgently need your assistance to address this situation and regain control of my email accounts. Please assist me in obtaining reports for my accounts, including any relevant mapping information. My email addresses are [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] My phone number is [redacted]. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I recently made a hotel reservation in Prague for March 18th to March 20th. However, I noticed an unfamiliar hotel reservation event on my Google Calendar for the same dates but in England, a hotel I didn't book. I'm concerned about a possible data breach and want to ensure my information and financial details are not shared incorrectly. I'm unsure how this occurred and would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue promptly. I've tried reporting the problem within Google Calendar without success. I hope for a prompt resolution and would appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, VM

I followed a tutorial on setting up an online shop and decided to create a Google Ads account to promote my Shopify products. I took advantage of a $[redacted] promotion for new accounts but realized I used the wrong email address. In an attempt to rectify this, I created a second account but lost the promotion. To fix this, I created a third account, which only made things worse. I contacted Google Ads Customer Service and managed to cancel one account but had trouble with another as I couldn't remember the associated email. The representative assured me it wouldn't be an issue as I wouldn't be using that account anymore. After updating the correct email for the account I wanted to keep, I received emails about permanent suspension. Now, I require assistance to resolve this issue and get out of "Google Jail." - J.

I am experiencing issues accessing my Gmail account due to getting a new phone and phone number. Google required me to create a stronger password, which I have forgotten. Therefore, I am unable to receive verification on my new phone number. My Facebook page is associated with the old Gmail, and my YouTube on the TV is linked to the old account as well. I have valuable contacts, emails requiring responses, and important banking and insurance details in this Gmail account. I need assistance in recovering access through these apps. Thank you.

My account got disabled. I tried to reactivate it on Feb. 12th but was unable to verify my identity. I followed all the suggestions to reactivate, using my usual phone and computer. Tried again on the 19th with no progress. Found a reactivation form, filled it out, and received an automated email response saying the reactivation request should have been made sooner. It's been less than a month since deactivation, and I've been trying since day one. Can't find a helpline or chat support, just the unhelpful reactivation page and the form. My account is [redacted]

Today, I received a security alert from Google notifying me about an unrecognized device gaining access to my Gmail account. Despite changing the password after a previous incident, the hackers managed to use the old password to infiltrate my account. Even after updating the password, they still accessed my account using the old one. I find it concerning that the outdated password remains valid at some level. I am now prompted to enter the new password every time I check my Gmail, but unauthorized users can still enter with the previous password. I am worried about the security of my Google account and could use some advice on further steps to enhance its protection.

I am currently locked out of my account and despite trying all recommended solutions, I have been unsuccessful. On occasion, I receive a message stating that my email address is invalid. I have made multiple attempts over several days, even taking breaks in between, but to no avail. I have searched for a customer service number to connect with a representative who can assist me, as this issue persists. I have had to reset my password 5 or 6 times throughout this ordeal. I am hopeful that someone can remotely access my computer to finally resolve this recurring problem.

I recently discovered that I was automatically subscribed to G Suite twice in the last 4 months, which led to receiving loan approval emails I did not request. I could not find a way to permanently unsubscribe on the website, and I am not very tech-savvy. Although I previously sent an unsubscribe email that worked for a few months, I received another loan approval email today from Bancorp due to G Suite. I tried to unsubscribe again but was unsuccessful, even using the finance unsubscribe link provided by G Suite. I am extremely dissatisfied with Google automatically subscribing me to G Suite and demand to be permanently unsubscribed immediately. I want my normal account back and assurance that I will not be automatically subscribed to any Google sites without my explicit consent in the future. Thank you. [redacted]
