The issue in GetHuman-madiganw's own words
I had created a gmail account which was W*****@***.com and put my social media under that gmail. I then deactivated the account and kept my original email account. However I must have never switched my social media account to my current email. Now I cannot remember my password and do not have access to the email that would allow me to change my password. I do not need any information from the previous account I just need to be able to access the email to change my password.

GetHuman-madiganw did not yet indicate what Google should do to make this right.
