Now, when I tried to recreate the account with the same email address, the system says the username is already in use. This account is crucial for my school project, as it's linked to my student ID. I recently enabled a second verification security for my phone using a pattern, which I now cannot remember. As a result, my phone has erased itself. On August 2, [redacted], I was wrongfully imprisoned, leading to the theft of my iPhone and subsequent loss of access to all my accounts. Despite contacting Google post-release, they have been unable to assist in recovering my account. Meanwhile, I continue to be billed for YouTube/Google services. I am seeking a refund for August, September, October, and November. Unfortunately, my bank cannot stop the charges, as I lack access to the Google account. I was woken up at 1:45 a.m. by a notification on my phone alerting me to an email. Normally, this wouldn't disturb me, but I decided to check it out. The email was a receipt from PayPal showing a payment of $[redacted].07 to Google for [redacted] coins in Bubble Shooter2. I am 69 years old, living on Social Security, and although I enjoy playing this game, I would never spend that much money on it. This unauthorized purchase has left my savings depleted and my checking account overdrawn. I have been attempting to request a refund. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I spent 12 hours waiting to change my Google account password. Despite updating it, both Google and BlueStacks are not accepting my new password. BlueStacks is recognizing the email as [redacted] and then claims I don't have access to the account, not allowing me to switch to my email [redacted] as expected.

Yesterday, I experienced difficulty connecting to my play games account on Underworld in the morning. However, last night I was able to successfully connect and play. This morning, I encountered issues connecting to my play games account on Underworld again and was unable to connect. I am frustrated with the inconsistent connectivity. I have been attempting to connect to my play games account for most of the day now. I wonder if there is a way to resolve this connection problem, as it seems like Google might be singling me out by preventing my account from connecting, while others can access their play accounts and play Underworld without delays. I recently lost access to my phone and cannot recall the password for my Google account associated with [redacted] Unable to receive a verification code via text, I attempted to reset the password through my laptop, a recognized device on my Google account. Despite my efforts, the process failed, and Google promised to investigate and respond within 3-5 days, which they have not done yet. I can provide details about the individuals I have emailed and the names of folders in my Gmail to prove ownership, but have been unsuccessful in verifying my identity this way. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I downloaded the UFC app on my mobile phone from Google Play Store and subscribed to the $9.99 Fight Pass to watch Fight Nights. Initially, it worked, but after canceling the subscription, it kept deducting $9.99 monthly under UFC.tv London GBPos authorization. In the app, it still prompts me to "sign up" even though I canceled. I contacted my bank, who initiated a dispute on my behalf. I am having difficulty accessing my Google Account and Gmail as I lost my phone, along with all my contacts. When attempting to reset my password, the reset link is being sent to outdated email addresses and phone numbers. I urgently need to update my recovery contact information and remove the old ones associated with my account. I've had a Gmail account for years, but I have used Hotmail for 20 years. Recently, Hotmail locked me out, suspecting a security breach when my son accessed it from his phone for restaurant.com coupons. I've been locked out for 2 weeks, filled out forms, and contacted support with no success. I decided to switch to Gmail as my main account. However, Gmail sent an alert about possible account compromise from Korea on the 9th. I want to ensure it's really Gmail support advising me to take action. I'm hesitant to respond until I verify it. Hello, I received an email some time ago regarding the termination of one of my Youtube accounts. While I have three accounts under the same email address, I actively use only two of them. The third account that was banned was created automatically a few years ago and is not in use. I have not violated any rules related to spam or scams on the banned account since it's not actively used. However, the termination has also blocked my access to the other accounts associated with the same email address that I do use. I've tried contacting Youtube through their "Wrongfully Suspended Form," but I've only received automated responses upholding the termination without any further assistance. I am seeking help to understand what happened and how I can resolve this issue to regain access to my accounts. I have reported hacked, hijacked, and imposter accounts and provided ID verification. My sister is using my email address [redacted] and creating variations of Gmail and Yahoo accounts linked to my phone. She has installed spyware on it and duplicated another old number on an app. Despite my reports, no action has been taken. I am Michelle Nicole McCune from Davenport, Iowa. My sister, who goes by Angie McCune, Angela Renee, Angela Renee McCune, among others on Facebook, is the hacker. She has been stalking, harassing, threatening, and accessing my online accounts, including PayPal, bank accounts, and medical information. She even threatens my child and has access to personal documents. I suspect she is using my information for illegal activities. She has a record of my passwords and is creating new accounts under my name on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc. I need access to my old accounts restored and for her to be banned from Facebook. She has victimized others as well. I want to create new online profiles for personal, business, and non-profit use with new emails. I am planning to contact Facebook, Yahoo, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, PayPal, and my banks. I intend to involve law enforcement but need evidence to support my claims as previous incidents were dismissed. I am unable to access medical care or my usual accounts due to her actions. Google has locked me out of the [redacted] account, claiming it may not belong to me. This account holds important information regarding disruptive incidents involving a troublesome neighbor. I have provided an alternate email address, [redacted], which I have used for many years. The data withheld by Google is crucial for an ongoing court case against the neighbor and the landlord. Despite sending numerous emails to Google explaining the situation, my access has been blocked for nearly a week. I even mentioned the account was created under the neighbor's name, Jeff B. I plan to express my frustration with Google's hindrance in court and have informed Ottawa's city solicitor of their actions. I am even considering legal action against Google. I am unable to afford $5 for calls or texts at the moment. I have been trying to get assistance with my account that was changed by my ex about 4 years ago. The original email was [redacted], which was used for my Facebook. It was changed to [redacted] I have been struggling to recover my photos for years with no success. I hope there is another way you can help me without having to send money to a site. I can provide verification of my identity through the police or a judge if necessary.
