I recently noticed a recurring charge on my Chase Visa statement for $13.07 from GOOGLE *YouTubePremium on May 30, [redacted] (posted on May 31, [redacted]). I have two YouTube accounts, one under [redacted] and the other under [redacted], but neither appears to have access to YouTubePremium, and I do not remember signing up for it. I have already raised a dispute with Chase regarding this charge. However, as I cannot find any information on my accounts about YouTubePremium, I am unable to cancel it. I want to verify that I do not have any paid subscriptions, recurring charges, or other non-ad-hoc payments with YouTube. I am fine with occasional one-time purchases, but I do not want any recurring payments made.

Hello, I have always been able to effortlessly send emails to all my friends and family members (about 99 people) by copying and pasting their email addresses in the BCC field with no issues. However, for the first time today, when attempting to send an Islamic Eid greeting email, my email was blocked twice. Despite having a paid Google account, this was never an problem before, even when I had a free Google account. I am unsure why this is happening now. If this is a result of a recent change made by Google that won't be rectified, I may consider closing my account. I would appreciate guidance on resolving this matter as I prefer not to create Google groups and have my contacts join. It's important for me to maintain control over who receives my emails. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Amer

I switched from a ZTE to a Coolpad. The Coolpad worked well initially, but it stopped lighting up when receiving calls. MetroPCS helped by saving my contacts, pictures, and music and did a factory reset to fix the issue. However, I'm facing trouble with Google Play Store, Gmail, and my Google account. Despite having the same number for years, Google doesn't recognize my phone number. I've been unsuccessful in recovering my account for four days. I have friends and a brother who can be contacted to assist in resolving this. I've followed Google's instructions but can't recall my old password. Losing access to my Gmail account would mean losing my progress in Viking War of Clans. Retrieving these accounts is crucial. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Melvin Leach

Hello, I am Sandeeb Konwar, and I am facing a problem with accessing my email account [redacted] due to a forgotten password. I attempted to reset it using my phone number ending in 9******[redacted] and received an OTP but was then prompted with a security question about the creation date of my Google account which I could not answer. After trying various other methods like providing an 8-digit pin and alternative email addresses, I was still unable to gain access. I even reached out for help by contacting the support number "[redacted]9" but was asked for a pin that I do not have. This situation is causing me frustration as important updates from my college, office, bank, and social networking sites are being missed. I am unsure how to proceed as I am currently locked out of my account. Your assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

A few years ago, I needed to create a separate account for my child to use an Android tablet. Since Google only allowed creating accounts for children starting from March [redacted], I had initially set up the account with my birth date to allow my child access to the device without compromising my personal information. Recently, I attempted to update the birth date on my child's account to the correct one and link it to my parent account due to Google's family-based features. Unfortunately, this led to the child's account being deactivated, and I am struggling to reactivate it with the correct birth date while linking it to my account. Managing child accounts on Google devices has been challenging as the solutions provided seem inconsistent and poorly designed in terms of user experience.

Yesterday, I noticed a change in my Google search on my PC where it now displays a "More Results" button instead of page numbers at the bottom of the page. I use Linux OpenSUSE with Firefox. I am aware that Google tested this feature for mobile apps, but I am on a desktop PC. Interestingly, when I use Firefox on Windows, the search displays normally. It seems like Google is identifying Linux PC with Firefox as a mobile device. I am curious if there is a way to revert back to displaying pages in Google search results.

I am incredibly disappointed with Google. I purchased a Google Play card that turned out to be invalid; the code didn't work at all. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that there was no solution for the issue. They refused to offer a refund or a new card, leaving me out of $[redacted]. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of assistance I received. Customer service advised me to photograph the card and receipt for an investigation, but couldn't provide a timeframe due to the number of complaints. I feel let down by Google and the store where I bought the card. This experience has left me with no desire to ever purchase Google Play cards again.

I mistakenly shared my account password with someone I believed was a friend. As a result, my account was compromised by unknown individuals. Initially, the person was supposed to assist in securing my account, but instead, they changed the password, locking me out. Though I have removed my recovery email, my phone number remains linked to the account yet cannot verify it is mine. I urgently need assistance regaining access to my account or opting for its deletion to remove the unauthorized user. My email contains crucial information, and losing access has even cost me employment opportunities. I've encountered this issue with an email account before and wish to resolve it without losing this one. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The program you have is incredibly challenging to use. It feels like all you care about is collecting my information. I've attempted to resolve issues in the past with no luck. I'm struggling to add another email address. Today, I noticed it's just gathering my details and then rejecting everything. It's very confusing. I tried to input my email and was told it's not mine. Frustrating!

Complaint Regarding Google Google Chromebook Model: XEP00C13 --KO4US S/N: OQ9T91LKA00771N I have ceased using the Google Chromebook. I want to stress that I am dissatisfied. Therefore, I kindly request an enhanced product. The Google Chromebook was recently purchased in April [redacted]. Issues: 1. Spelling errors are not rectified automatically. 2. There is no feature to underline sentences/paragraphs. 3. Browsing history needs manual clearing and often remains uncleared despite multiple attempts. 4. Grammarly prompts for login each time there is a spelling error. 5. Grammarly continually suggests upgrading to a premium version for a fee. As a 72-year-old individual, I find this overwhelming. My account, [redacted] with phone number [redacted], and [redacted] with phone number [redacted], has been stolen. I have a Google Home app that I've never been able to use, but whoever has taken my devices and accounts is using them against me. I've tried to reach out for help, but the advice given by the representative I spoke with recently has not worked. I've been trying to report this hacking and theft for almost a year. The individuals have also set me up as a business, which I am not. I recently got a new tablet due to switching phone carriers, but now they have also hacked my new phone. I urgently need assistance to track and shut down these devices and the computer being used, and press charges for communication harassment. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Tina Shoemaker.

Google tried to charge me $49.99 for a YouTube TV subscription that I didn't use. I noticed the charges after trying the trial. Despite contacting Google multiple times to cancel, I faced difficulties doing it myself. Even after Google support assured me the issue was resolved, I still got charged $49.99. I have evidence of my conversations with their support indicating I wouldn't be charged and that the service was canceled. I demand a refund promptly as this unauthorized deduction has significantly impacted my account balance.

Please review a recent major Canadian university study, I believe in Toronto, that shows in America and Canada only about 2-2.5% are male homosexual and 1-1.5% are lesbian. Why does Google support this group but not holidays like Christmas, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday, which are important for Christians? The majority of America (75-85%) and Canada (65-70%) are Christian. It seems like Google is focusing excessively on a small subculture and ignoring Christianity completely. This feels like Google is working against Christianity.

Today, I found an email from IKEA in my trash folder, but the content belonged to a different email address that I deleted earlier. Lately, I've experienced emails disappearing from my inbox and not returning from the trash. I own an iMac and have already contacted Apple UK for assistance, but they found no issues with my computer. It seems like the problem might be with my Google account. Could someone please check my account, fix the problem, and restore it back to 7 days so I can recover all the missing emails? Thank you, Michael Morris

I created an app for Google App Dev named App SBCSD Password Check (Item ID: akcldogpfmoelhopafbpeaffpldgoihl) that was recently taken down because of a [redacted] error. The app is designed to check users' password resets for their school accounts through web active directory. It is set up to work only on-site due to security reasons. As the System Administrator for the school, I'm eager to resolve this issue. Please reach out to me via email or phone at [redacted] EXT [redacted]. Your help in finding a solution would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer.

My name is Misty Grimes. My account has been accessed by someone who is looking up personal information and adding sites without my knowledge. My phone has been turned off for some time, and I am currently using a friend's phone to reach out. I am unsure of the perpetrator's identity, but they are engaging in illegal activities on my account, including actions under Microsoft accounts. My email addresses were [redacted] and [redacted], but there are more emails associated with my name that the hacker keeps accessing. They used a security key that I am unfamiliar with and downloaded all my data, including pictures, on Google. Despite my attempts, I have been unsuccessful in removing the second device from my phone, and they have locked up all my settings. I am unable to access my phone, email, or Google account. Please assist me via this email. Thank you, Misty Grimes.

I continue to receive repeated "Delivery Status Notification (Failure) notices" indicating that emails I sent to [redacted] failed with the error message: "[redacted] 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist." These notifications occur regardless of whether I have actually sent any emails. Additionally, there are mime attachments ranging from 0.7 to 9.4 KB in size. During a recent time frame between 5/20/19 & 6/4/19, I used my wife's iPhone to send emails with attachments. I am uncertain if this usage could be related to the issue at hand and I am questioning if those emails were successfully delivered despite appearing in my sent folder.

A Google employee has allegedly hacked my son, J.S., and his wife's phones - J.D. The hacker's information is reportedly saved on a tablet and two cell phones, all wrapped in tin foil to block signals. They live in an area without direct Wi-Fi. Law enforcement and the FBI have been notified. Please call me at [redacted] to address this issue promptly.

I received multiple emails from Google alerting me about a security concern regarding my wife's Gmail account, [redacted] I followed their instructions and changed the password, but then had trouble accessing the account on her phone, MS Surface, and PC. After struggling and even visiting Verizon, I managed to fix the phone and Surface. With the PC running Windows 10 but using Office [redacted], I tried the same process for Gmail, but it didn't work due to the POP3 and SMTP settings. Despite multiple attempts for help without success, even being disconnected on calls, I'm frustrated. I'm considering reinstalling Windows 7 as a last resort.
