Get into the saved password area to see saved passwords, but I'm never shown anything but ............ dots. ... My Google account has my .gmail address as my official login ID. But when I try to get into the sync area to try to see my passwords, it seems that my recovery email (comcast.net) is the one that automatically populates. Therefore, no matter how many times I change my password for, supposedly, my Google Login, it's never right when I try to get my saved passwords. So I change it again. And again. And again. And again. HELP!!!
It's especially frustrating because after spending over an hour trying to go from place to INTERMINABLE place on your website, I could never find out how to fix my problem.
I need someone to take my problem seriously, and find a way to help--through my Gmail to me if nothing else! You offer $paid$ help from elsewhere? Give me a break, $billion-dollar$ company !!!
I've been a customer for years. What I expect from a $billion-dollar$ company is some actual help from a live human, not an endless go-round of useless information.
Everything, and it's put me into an endless cycle of repeat "Help Topics" that don't HELP!
