Help with my Google issue
The issue in GetHuman-birddi's own words
I am trying to speak to someone, or have a meeting, to try to get a reimbursement for $*****cdn. ... These details are up to date, every time I open this up. I have sent every department my information and not one person, a live person, not a person that has left issues that might be in my category. I don't understand why someone, and I mean the vp manager of accounts and the Google Play cards. You people don't seem to realize, that I am a senior who has total lost all of her money. I can't pay for one single bill. I know what your thinking, a senior, we know all about them, they should know better. Well I can tell you that these guys are smooth, and I bet some of you would be caught in the same situation that I'm in. I thought Google was better than the other companies, but I have never got such a run-around as I have with Google. And each time I receive another email saying that our will only be contacting me another * times. I honestly don't think that among this maze of we will help, I don't think any of you are real. You have set some questions that you think will solve the problem without actually taking the time to respond in a real live person.
This was especially frustrating because I went around in circles to the same departments over and over. There isn't a phone number for customer service and you actually speak to a real person.
I would like to speak to someone that can actually help me (a live person with phone number) and has the authority to process my information. How do I want this resolved, read my information, it may be dated, but there is nothing to change, and I have sent it to at least * different departments. How I would like int resolved, by reimbursing me for my loss ($**** CDN).
I actually expected someone to contact me, or email me with a phone number and a contact person
There is absolutely nothing else that I haven't already tried. This requires a face to face, or a phone call to see what your CEO would have decided.

I am sorry but you have not fixed the issue at all. You probably haven't even read my issue. So you haven't fixed it and you have never spoken to me or how you "fixed the problem"
