1. I recently got a new Mac and I'm using Google Chrome. Every time I launch Chrome, a keychain prompt pops up, which I never set up or want to use. I click on deny to make it disappear, but I want to stop this box from appearing every time I open Chrome. 2. Every time I start Chrome (with Google as my homepage), when I click on Gmail at the top, it redirects me to another Google page first, making me click Gmail once more and opening a new tab. Then, I have to enter my email and password. On my old computer, I'd go straight to the Gmail page with my saved emails, allowing me to select the account and enter the password. How can I replicate this on my new computer? It's not saving my email addresses and causing additional steps each time.

Hi, I'm Naquana. I've been away for about three weeks, and during that time, my son, who has autism and loves to play Google games, used my phone to make internet game purchases without my knowledge. This resulted in a significant bill charged to not just one, but two of my bank accounts. I had set aside this money for emergencies, and I am now concerned about getting it refunded. My husband allowed our son to play with my phone while I was away because he was too busy to engage with him. I just returned three hours ago and discovered the situation when a bill payment didn't go through. I'm reaching out for assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter. If necessary, you can contact me at [redacted]

Hello, I recently created two campaigns on Google AdWords in January. One campaign has ended, and the other was paused for some time. We received a bill for £86, but we are puzzled as to why as we utilized the promotional code from Google and stayed within our budget. We did not set a budget of £[redacted], so we are unsure why we are being charged £86, especially since nothing has been running for the past two months. Please advise us on why this charge occurred and if there is a way to resolve this issue. We also wish to deactivate our AdWords account since our advertising did not generate any profit for us, and we have not used it in months. Moreover, we would like to ensure that we will not incur any additional charges moving forward, as it appears there has been an accumulation of funds. Thank you, Humkiro LTD

I recently contacted your company to request the removal of a review on our Latrobe Chapel website. The review was posted by an anonymous individual claiming to be Dave D. This individual provided false information about their experience with our chapel as neither we nor our staff recall such an encounter. It is concerning that people can use fake names and provide no contact information to post misleading reviews on platforms like Google. We kindly request that you take down this review and provide us with an update on the situation. Sincerely, R.R./C.E. I bought $[redacted] worth of Google Play cards yesterday. I got a call from someone claiming to be from Paypal Credit, saying my account was hacked. They asked me to buy more Google Play cards to fix the issue, promising a refund. I ended up buying a total of $[redacted] in cards before realizing it was a scam. I only redeemed $[redacted] worth. I contacted the police and Paypal, who confirmed it was a scam. I was advised to check if there was any balance left on the cards and to stop any further payments. My contact number is [redacted].

I recently lost access to my Google account when my ex-girlfriend changed the password and is not cooperating with me to reset it. Due to a previous lack of a phone, all recovery options are tied to her phone number and email. Google support suggested a $[redacted] security package, but I only seek help with a password reset, not a year of additional security. I have used this account since [redacted] without issues until now. My email is [redacted], and I can provide old passwords and phone numbers associated with the account. I do not wish to pay for extra security; I just want access to my account, including precious memories and games. I created a new account for my new phone but seek help in regaining access to my original account without financial obstacles. Your assistance with a password reset would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble recovering my account "[redacted]" I have attempted all the necessary steps, but nothing is resolving the issue. This account is crucial as I use it to back up important photos on my daughter's phone. I have reset the password multiple times, yet I still cannot access it. The passwords previously used include: [redacted]+c4brgd, [redacted]@c4brgd, starr2003, abstillas7021, c4brgd@[redacted], and [redacted]&c4brgd. The phone number linked to the backed-up photos is [redacted] (my daughter's LG phone), with my phone number [redacted] (HTC desire) listed for login authorization. The backup email is [redacted] Unfortunately, I am unable to recall the exact account creation date. I urgently need access to this account as it contains irreplaceable memories, including photos of my late grandmother. If reaching out via phone is necessary for resolution, I am prepared to do so and can coordinate having both phones and individuals present. Your assistance in recovering this account is greatly appreciated.

A few years back, my company set up two Google accounts to create Apple IDs for new iPads. Unfortunately, nobody remembers the month or year this was done. The Google Accounts are "[redacted]" and "[redacted]". We've misplaced the passwords and now I need to reset them to access the iPads. The recovery email address is no longer active, and the phone number linked to the account is our business landline, unable to receive text messages. An automated phone call recovery option would be ideal, considering the recovery phone number is a landline. This solution would help us regain access promptly.

I have spent close to three hours attempting to locate a contact number for website assistance. I am unsure if this is the correct platform for my inquiry, as other pages do not allow emails to be sent. I am reaching out regarding our recently launched website, Ash Hearing, located in Leamington Spa, UK. We are preparing for an upcoming AdWords campaign. The issue we are facing is that when inputting www.ashhearing.co.uk, it displays Surrey Hearing Services on the right-hand side due to their location in a town named "Ash." Is there a way for Google to ensure our website and map appear alongside our name instead of Surrey Hearing Services? Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you - Kay R. ([redacted]) PS: Please advise if this is not the appropriate email address for such queries, and provide guidance on where to direct them.

I am requesting assistance to verify my identity through alternative methods. I possess my driver's license, which is acknowledged by national authorities and can be validated via a scanner or video call with Google Support. Additionally, I have two debit cards linked to GPay and my Google account, which can serve as further verification. I am willing to involve my banks in the verification process, as they can vouch for my identity. While my recovery phone is currently inactive, I can provide proof of ownership. I simply require the opportunity to communicate with a live individual from Google Support to explore the various options available for identity verification.

To the concerned party, I am writing in regards to my account [redacted], which I created in the summer of [redacted] before establishing my car sales business, Midcity Automotive LLC. I am the rightful owner of the account and urgently require access to reset the password for my Texas dealer website in order to print temporary tags. It appears that my ex-husband, who subjected me to five years of abuse, has compromised my account by changing the recovery email and phone number to his own, [redacted]. The original email attached to the account was my personal email, [redacted], which he had previously hacked but I managed to recover. Due to past abuse, I am reluctant to reach out to him directly. Any immediate assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. Best regards, Khalisa Abdussamad

My account was hacked and taken over around the beginning of last year. The email for that account was [redacted] Since I couldn't recover that account, I created [redacted] in March of last year. Hello, I am experiencing issues with my passwords constantly being reset. Despite having 50 saved passwords, the system keeps requiring new ones. I recently purchased two Chromebooks, but Google's handling of passwords is causing frustration as none of my passwords seem to work. This is incredibly upsetting, and I am disappointed that this issue persists despite my efforts. I will be returning the Chromebooks and seeking service elsewhere. I am frustrated with the lack of control over my own passwords and the inconvenience this creates. Additionally, the inability to receive codes without access to my phone adds to the problem. I am disappointed by the experience with your service and the limitations it imposes. Thank you, Joseph D.

Issue: Facing multiple account recovery problems with Google. I've had my Google account for a very long time, but my recovery email ([redacted]) has disappeared from my account. After failed attempts to sign in and verify, I'm stuck. I need to reset the password for my backup email [redacted], which has vanished without my permission. Additionally, my main email [redacted] required a password change, which I did. But now, I can't get in as the password is deemed incorrect, and I must wait to access my account. Furthermore, after changing passwords, my Android cell phone lost access to Gmail. I want to prevent this from worsening. I need to reestablish my backup email account, update security questions, and maintain access. I fear being locked out of my main email and need assistance in ensuring I don't lose access. The lack of information provided during verification is causing confusion and potential account shutdown.

I bought a new phone from Verizon yesterday. I forgot my Gmail password, so I reset it during the purchase, and everything was transferred successfully. I didn't set a phone unlock password but did set up fingerprints. Once at home, my phone finished downloading updates and asked for a password I couldn't recall. After 45 minutes with Verizon support, my phone was reset. Now, the issue is my new Gmail password doesn't work, and after resolving email access issues, I find my Gmail account is locked due to suspicious activity. I need urgent help to access my account and set up my phone before my upcoming flight in two days. A working phone is crucial for my travel plans.

I am facing an issue accessing two of my previous Gmail accounts as I am unable to answer the recovery questions. I do not remember the old phone numbers linked to those accounts as they haven't been relevant for a long time. Despite being able to prove my identity with current Google account information, I am unable to consolidate my accounts. Access to my personal information is crucial, and I am struggling to recall old phone numbers due to frequently changing devices as a phone enthusiast. The loss of valuable memories after the passing of my fiance is distressing. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my old accounts.
