I noticed a charge of $19.99 from Google for an OfferUp promotion on my bank statement. I did not authorize this charge and want a refund. It has been pending for 4-5 days, and I need my money returned promptly. I have reached out to OfferUp, who directed me to Google, and Google, in turn, referred me back to the developer. The developer declined my refund request, advising me to request it through Google. I demand my money back, as this charge was not authorized by me, and I have no interest in the OfferUp promotion services. Please refund the money to my card as soon as possible to avoid legal action.

I have a computer repair business listing that has permanently closed at [redacted] Mulberry St. Riverside CA [redacted]. The property belongs to a non-profit, and I am urgently trying to remove all traces of it online. Despite my efforts, it still shows up in search results. There are Google properties, such as a Google business site and a Google site, that I have updated with new information but they are still visible online. I have also unpublished the Google sites but they continue to appear in searches. I know changes may take time to reflect, but I am hoping Google can expedite the process by de-indexing or blocking the URLs associated with Riverside PC Repair and the old location. I am actively working on removing the business from all directories but need assistance with the Google listings. Any help in resolving this quickly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Johnny C.

Last week, my ZTE Z233V phone with Verizon stopped allowing me to search properly. Even though the Google search bar appeared, when I tried to type, it kept redirecting me to "Open Google Account." This issue is unique to my phone as other devices like computers at local libraries and Verizon and even iPhones are working fine. Everyone can attest that Google is denying me, a disabled American, equal access to electronic information, contravening the ADA and California Unruh Act as stated in [redacted]. I demand an immediate stop to this discrimination, or I will pursue legal action for punitive damages. There should be no retaliation for my feedback to Google on February 14th about the Valentine's Day logo. I have been using this phone since July without any problems until now, and the longer this denial of access persists, the more compensation I will seek, especially if there is malicious intent.

After experiencing performance issues with my device, I formatted it to resolve the lagging problem. However, upon trying to access my emails and phone numbers post-formatting, I encountered login issues. Despite multiple attempts, the system flagged my password as incorrect, prompting me to use the forgot password option. Unfortunately, when providing my recovery email and cell information, the system indicated that the recovery email was incorrect, despite prior successful usage. Subsequent attempts led to an "exceeded wrong attempts" error, preventing me from logging in even after waiting 24 hours and then 3 days. I am seeking assistance to overcome this login hurdle. I possess access to both my recovery cell and email, with substantial knowledge about my account details, except for the exact creation year and month.

Good morning, I apologize for any inconvenience, but I need to address the fact that the customer review that was reported has not yet been removed from my website scaac-nola.com. The review by Hunter C. contains negative comments that are defamatory towards me and my staff. It is surprising and disappointing that this has not been resolved since it was reported on March 11th, [redacted]. It has now been eight days, and the review is still visible. The review makes false claims and is damaging to my business reputation. I kindly request that it be taken down promptly. I am having trouble signing in to Google. Every time I try, a voice message just says "something went wrong" without any further explanation. This has been going on for a day, and I have tried to fix the problem using tutorials without success. I have Google Chrome installed on two different computers. On one computer, I have customized settings and themes that I want. However, on my Surface Pro, Google Chrome is not syncing correctly, specifically the theme. This issue is frustrating me, and despite trying various troubleshooting steps like reinstalling and waiting, I still can't resolve it. On my other computer, I can personalize my Google homepage with an uploaded picture and access all my apps in the top left corner, but this is not happening on my Surface Pro. I am baffled as both computers are linked to the same Google account and should have the same tabs and information. I really enjoy using Google Chrome, but this problem is seriously bothering me. I've owned my Google Pixel 3 phone for almost 3 months now. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing a lot of issues with it freezing and glitching. The screen often shakes and has a glitchy appearance, especially when I'm trying to use it to write messages or browse on different apps like Facebook. The Google voice assistant is unresponsive most of the time, and I constantly have to retrain its voice recognition. The voice-to-text feature is not accurate either, which is frustrating since I'm using it due to a wrist injury. The camera quality is also disappointing. I purchased the same phone for my daughter at the same time, and her camera works perfectly while mine takes blurry pictures. Despite visiting Verizon multiple times, they haven't been able to diagnose the issue as it doesn't act up when they check it. Technical support wasn't helpful either. As a single mom dealing with a pain condition, I couldn't afford such an expensive phone and bought it as a surprise for my daughter. Hello Google Support, Last year, we switched our business's POS system to Ordermate. When we launched our online ordering system, Ordermate asked us to grant them admin access to our Google page to set up and optimize our system. Unfortunately, we now cannot remember the login details for that specific account, leading to confusion and ongoing issues with two profiles. Ordermate took us out of the admin role without notice and replaced our website domain on Google with their online domain. This move redirected customer traffic away from our site for 8-9 months. We have since updated our website to address this redirection and want access to our Google page restored for better customer interaction and review management. To regain control, we need assistance in recovering the login details associated with the email address [redacted] Despite reaching out to support, we have not seen any progress in resolving this issue over the past 3 months. Recently, I realized my old phones, which were stolen, still had access to my accounts and there were some unauthorized changes made. Despite changing my Google password, my Facebook, FAFSA, and other accounts have been tampered with. The Alcatel phone I was using, with the number [redacted], is now disconnected, and although I have a new number now [redacted], I never logged into Google from that device. I suspect someone close to me might be behind this security breach, as the Alcatel phone is missing. I can provide any necessary identification to regain access to my account, as it contains important information that I need. It seems my usual password, "Lovemeordont100," is no longer working. Additionally, a Facebook account with my profile picture was created without my consent, and Facebook suggested purchasing a $50 Google Play card to address the issue, which I cannot afford at the moment. I need assistance in securing my accounts and regaining access to them.

My Google account language keeps defaulting to Greek, which is frustrating as I only understand English. I've taken several steps to ensure it stays in English, such as deleting cookies, checking Chrome settings, and adjusting language preferences within my Google account. Despite setting everything to English, every time I sign out and back in, the language reverts to Greek. I even considered deleting my Google account due to this ongoing issue. My mother has a Google account that my brother set up for her, intended for one-time use, as her bank account was charged repeatedly. After changing her debit card number, the charges continued. We are a school that has purchased VIZIO televisions for our teachers who use Google Chromebooks. Up until now, we have successfully been able to cast programs from the Chromebooks onto the VIZIO TVs. However, recently we have encountered an issue where the data being transferred is showing up as a distorted and gray picture on the TV screens. We have confirmed with VIZIO support that there are no issues with the TVs themselves. I'm wondering if there have been any recent software changes or updates on the Google Chromebooks that could be causing this problem with the picture quality when casting from the Chromebook to the TV. I have received an email indicating that Google+ for my personal account or managed page will be shut down on April 2, [redacted]. I need assistance in ensuring that my [redacted] account is not deleted. It mentions that content will be removed, including photos and videos from Google+. I understand that this process may take some time and I should download my content before March 31, [redacted]. Other Google products like Gmail, Google Photos, Google Drive, and YouTube will not be affected. Any photos and videos already stored in Google Photos will not be impacted. I need assistance recovering my old Google backups, either from Google Drive or auto-save features, from my previous Google accounts. Although the data is not deleted, I have changed phones and numbers multiple times, creating difficulty in recalling information for each account. I have attempted various methods to retrieve the data with limited success. I am particularly distressed about losing three years' worth of original music recordings, which I believe were backed up on one of my old Google accounts. I have two older Gmail accounts that I cannot access. I cannot recall the passwords, the creation dates, or the associated phone numbers.
