I've been experiencing Sprint data connection issues recently. After resetting my S5, I logged into my Google account without any problems, but an old email address ([redacted]) appeared and prompted for account recovery. A Google representative had previously assisted in deleting that account, leading me to create a new one ([redacted]). I recovered the songbird account to access it temporarily and then deleted it again. However, I'm encountering difficulties sending emails from my new account ([redacted]) despite receiving incoming emails. Sprint technicians suggested that a faulty SIM card might be causing the issue and are sending me a replacement. Could a defective SIM card affect email sending? I want to mention that my S5 duplicates all emails to both the Gmail and regular email page. Although I mostly use the regular email page, I tried using Gmail, but the email sending fails there as well. I appreciate any assistance with this issue.

I am a Verizon LGK20V cell phone owner. Suddenly, my phone stopped recognizing my four-digit password, which I enter after swiping the initial screen. Despite several attempts, I couldn't unlock it. If I fail ten times, I'll lose control and all data. Currently, I have two tries left. I have no memory of changing my password and didn't receive any usual email notifications. Can my password be recovered, or can I get a new password without losing any data on the phone? I would appreciate either solution. Regards, H.K.

Hello, I recently asked for the removal of an image from a website, it has been taken down, but it still shows up on Google search results. I'm wondering why Google keeps displaying deleted images. Here is the URL: [redacted]. I submitted a removal request through the webmaster's Remove Outdated Content form. Unfortunately, my request was denied because it was considered an empty link, which is accurate since it has been removed from the company's site. However, when my name Laura Soogreen is searched on Google, this unwanted image still appears as an empty link, as you pointed out. I'm concerned about who keeps these deleted images and why they are retained. This situation is damaging my reputation and causing distress. I urgently need assistance with this issue. Best regards, Laura Soogreen

Hello. I recently changed my google account password four days ago and everything went smoothly. However, I encountered an issue when trying to sign in on a different mobile device. Despite receiving an email from Google USA support confirming my account is active, I continue to face a problem with signing in on any of my devices. Each attempt results in the message: "Google can't verify you as the owner of this account." I have provided verification codes and the exact date of when the account was created (27.08.[redacted]) but still cannot access it. I have important documents and information stored in the account that I urgently need. The email address associated with the account is [redacted] Please assist me in resolving this matter. Thank you. Best regards, J. Ranta van la Parra.

On February 16, [redacted], a security alert informed me that someone tried to access my account from Romania. Despite changing my password multiple times, I encountered another hacking incident on the same day while playing Evony. Subsequently, the issue resurfaced on February 24, [redacted]. Even with 2-factor authentication, my accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], seem to remain compromised. I seek advice or assistance to ensure the security of my accounts as I am greatly worried about the breaches. Thank you.

I have reported this to the police, but I am still waiting for a resolution. They are targeting my boyfriend, Shawn Cole, at his email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. I created an email account in early [redacted], but I can't remember what it was. I used my phone number for recovery, but I can't access it anymore. Google won't assist over the phone, only suggesting online recovery. The issue is I can't proceed online as the 6-digit pin is sent to an invalid phone number. I'm trying to recover emails created between late [redacted] and late [redacted] under the name "Clifford Ruiz" and the phone number "[redacted]." I need assistance in locating and recovering this account.

I recently discovered fraudulent transactions on my credit card. Even though I only use my card for online purchases and have never used it physically, my information was still compromised. I suspect someone may have hacked my keystrokes and gained access to my details. I am not very tech-savvy, so I'm not sure how to go about checking for this type of security breach. I've had to change my email password multiple times due to hacking attempts. I'm reaching out for assistance on how to protect my sensitive information and prevent further unauthorized access.

I lost access to my old Google Play account/email around 4-5 years ago. I made several purchases on this account, mainly Clash of Clans gems, Fallout Shelter currency, and paid games. I lost the account because I misspelled the original email and started using a new one for game installations on my previous Samsung Galaxy S3, before switching to a new phone. The new email I created in [redacted] is "[redacted]," which I still use. The old email I'm trying to recover is very similar to this one, with just a minor spelling mistake. Please contact me via email if you need more information.

I am an Allstate auto insurance customer and recently changed phones, losing the "Drive Wise" feature I had for a policy discount. When I tried to reinstall it, I was directed to the Google Play Store, where it asked for my account number or phone number. I provided my phone number but got stuck when asked for a password. I never had a Google account and forgot the one I made years ago for an IRS issue. I am 71 and not tech-savvy, so navigating this is challenging. Can someone please help me simplify the process and reinstall the feature without needing a Google account? The email I provided here is my only account.

I have not been receiving emails on my Gmail account, [redacted], for several weeks now. I have checked my spam and trash folders, but there is nothing there. This is strange because I used to receive a lot of emails. I access my account on both my iPhone 7 and laptop, but no emails are coming through on either device. Additionally, I have been receiving creepy phone calls and texts from unknown numbers, but very few emails apart from those I specifically requested or from work contacts. This has never happened before, except when my old computer and two other cell phones were hacked. I am concerned that my emails are either stuck somewhere or being received by someone else. I have been told to use the official Gmail app, which I did not use previously and do not wish to download. If anyone needs to contact me, please do so at [redacted]. Thank you.

Yesterday, my son made an in-app purchase for [redacted].99 NZD without my consent. This has occurred previously, with smaller amounts totaling around 60 dollars. I tried to remove my card details from the Google Play account, but it seems it was not successful. I am frustrated with how easy it is to add card details and how challenging it is to remove them. The money taken was meant for groceries, and I am eager to have it refunded. I am willing to delete the app and the purchased content if necessary. I have already submitted a refund request, but it will take 7 days to find out if it is approved. I hope they understand that it was my hard-earned money spent without permission and refund it promptly. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I have two Google accounts, each over 5 years old. Unfortunately, I made the error of setting one as the recovery account for the other and used an email address from a domain I've owned for years hosted on a Namecheap server I rent. During the Christmas holidays while I was away in Mississippi visiting family, a series of events occurred, possibly involving an attempted hack on one of my accounts. This left me without access to my two Gmail accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], as I lost my phone, passwords, codes, and authenticator access. Not having access to these accounts means I can't reach my hosting accounts and domains with Namecheap, and I risk losing valuable data and passwords to various sites stored in my password vault. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my Gmail accounts and time is running out. Any help in accessing [redacted] will greatly assist me in recovering my important data.

Hello, Today, I experienced a frustrating situation regarding an order I placed with Google Fi for 3 Google Pixel 3 phones. The delivery was scheduled for today, February 25th, but when I checked with FedEx, they confirmed they had not received the shipment. Upon contacting customer support, I was promised an escalation but left without a timeframe or apology. Unfortunately, I was disconnected twice by a supervisor named Porsche, and subsequent attempts to speak with a supervisor failed. To provide context, my daughter battled leukemia, finding comfort in a friendship with another patient who sadly passed away on February 26th, [redacted]. Due to medical expenses, we couldn't afford new phones despite my daughter's cracked device. With her resilience and academic success, we aimed to gift her a new phone as a distraction and tribute to her friend. Regrettably, Google's lack of response or empathy has been disheartening. The insensitivity displayed is alarming for a company of its stature. Thank you.

I recently activated a new phone and needed to log back into my email account ([redacted]). However, I am struggling to recall the new password I created, as I was used to being automatically signed in on my old phone. I have attempted the account recovery process but am unable to remember the answers to my security questions from when I initially set up the account. I can provide details about the frequent emails I receive; I receive bi-weekly password-protected pay stubs from Rex Beauty, recently received my T4 from Rex Beauty, notifications from companies like Lazenza, Best Buy, and Charming Charlie's about promotions, and got a $40 Interac e-Transfer from Neko Patrick Hamilton. Restoring access to this account is crucial for me as I receive important emails there.

I am worried about having two Gmail identities set up, one of which may be fake or malicious. My CORRECT identity is: MICHAEL Entwistle email [redacted] (with a 'dot') - residing in the UK (Jersey). Another identity, MEGAN Entwistle email [redacted] (no 'dot) - residing in the USA, seems to have been created by someone else based on the content of emails addressed to her. I have been receiving emails to both addresses from various sources, including Paypal and lots of spam addressed to MEGAN. This situation concerns me as it may mean that another person has access to my account, emails, and financial transactions. Could you please delete the identity under the name MEGAN and remove the email address [redacted] while keeping my existing Gmail identity [redacted]? I am eager to receive your response promptly.

This year, my research on the corrupt regulation of the DC Taxicab Industry led me to discover discrepancies in Google.com’s information. Despite detailed research available since [redacted] on “Karl Rudder’s Blog,” it has now been replaced with a superficial article by Kriston Capps of Citylab dated [redacted]. Upon looking for "Karl Rudder’s Blog," Google.com stated it was "no longer available." I engaged with Kriston Capps in December [redacted], guiding him to my relevant Blog content on the unique DC Taxicab Zone System and initial government decisions, topics omitted in his article. However, Mr. Capps dismissed these facts as irrelevant and even resorted to name-calling. Subsequently, it seems that my research source, Karl Rudder’s Blog, has been removed from Google.com. Despite my attempts to inquire about this removal, I have not received any clarification. I appreciate the platform Google provided to address Congressional Corruption in the DC Taxicab Industry, highlighting facts often overlooked by mainstream media. While Google’s stance now appears to align with other news outlets, I remain committed to exposing the truth about this issue through alternate channels, as the factual integrity remains paramount.
