The issue in GetHuman-bbsulam's own words
I ordered a Google Pixelbook for Cybermonday, but I wasn't home when FedEx tried to deliver it the first time and a signature was needed. I called FexEx another day to ask them to hold it at the location since I wouldn't be home during the week when they try to deliver it... and they said my package was out for delivery and of I didn't get it to call them back. In the end I got another tracking notification saying attempted delivery but no one was home, and so I called to have them hold my package and was told it is being returned to the shipper.**I then called the Google store support and was told that my pixelbook, that I bought for a $*** cybermonday discount, was being returned to their warehouse and that I would NOT be getting the product I paid for, that I would have to pay full price and re buy the product if I wanted it. This does not make any sense. It has always been that the package is HELD AT A location for pick up if the customer is not available. Why was the default to have it shipped back to Google??**I would like to see this resolved in a fair way: I bought the pixelbook at the cybermonday discount and if Google will not reship my product to me (it was not my fault that the product was sent back to the shipper: I was asking for it to be held for pick up!) and I have to buy another, it should be at the cybermonday discounted price (AND this time I need to make sure Google has my package held for pick up unless it will he delivered during the weekend as I work and am not home until *pm on weekdays).
GetHuman-bbsulam did not yet indicate what Google should do to make this right.
