I had a galaxy S* phone that I gave to my girlfriend at the time and she did not have a Google Gmail account set up so I set one up for her so she could access the phone on her own account. We broke up and she wanted me to delete the Google account due to the fact that she didn't want me to be able to access any information of hers whatsoever. So I deleted her Google account and took the phone back. I did not need to use the S-* because I had purchased an S* edge and I was using the S* edge for a few months then the screen cracked so I wanted to go back to using the S-*. I cannot get into the eye six phone because it is saying that it needs to have the information of a previous owner on that device I myself was a previous owner with my Gmail login attached to it but I think in deleting her account it is wanting to differ to the most recent one that was on there . From my understanding there is a time period of ** days or so to where you can recover deleted account and I was well past the ** days when I attempted to retrieve her old Gmail account. I have tried everything that I know of to either recover the account to FRP unlock the S-* or to flush it and have it be as if it were new and nothing has worked so far. I don't know what else to do but I was instructed by a friend to try to contact Google and see what they can do about reinstating her old deleted email and or allowing me to get into the phone on a new reset and enter my existing Gmail account information in order to use the phone. I do want to mention as well that t-Mobile has been the cell phone service provider throughout this entire ordeal.
GetHuman-zdzawg did not yet indicate what Google should do to make this right.
