Hi there,*My husband has lost access to his Gmail account & created a new email address. While he does have access to an email acct, he'd like to regain access to his former account ie pics, contacts, previous emails, etc. His former wife set up the acct including his secret question, frequently changed his passwords & then when forced to get out of his acct, did so. However, after his phone was dropped into a reservoir he was helping build, he lost all access as he was unable to sign back in on his new phone. We've both tried repeatedly to regain access but have been unable to do so, even after contacting Google. Would you please help us?
