Hello I am an employee of a large cable company. My phone was set without creating a pin mistakenly. I actually used a security option provided by the phone setup but learned later I had to setup a pin only. I set my email address *****@***.com and stored my password on my phone. When I completed setting up my phone the phone locked me out with a pin that I did not set up. My alternate email address that is tied to my employee account has been used by myself to try to reactivate my employee account but I have tried a few time. I recently guessed I need to leave the process alone because you folks may penalize me for multiple request even though you provide information stating one should fill out the account recovery form to provide information to the recovery team. Also I have not seen any questions in that form accept date the account was created. Anyway, please if you could authenticate my account and give me a new password as soon as possible. Please forgive my multiple requests as I was ignorant of the repeat request implications. **Sincerely *Jerome Rashawn Fox
